I am getting started with the detox. I have started intermittent fasting about 1 month ago. I ordered the fasting bundle a few days ago,, plus the vanilla protein powder. The protein powder arrived today with a cute note from Autumn. Thank you!

Loved learning more about the omega-6s!! I was actually just wondering about that.. also what do typically you use the bone broth for? And do you think buying a whole chicken that’s already cooked is a bad idea since you don’t know the exact ingredients used? Sending love and health to you and Trevor during this weird time!!! 💛💛💛

Hi :) love your channel :) I really LOVE oatmeal, is that a good breakfast to break your fast? And maybe take a smoothie as a snack instead between lunch and dinner or will that defeat the whole purpose? Xx

I'm working at home and the gym is shut down, and the kitchen has food in it, and I'm intermittent fasting, and it's very very hard. LOL!!!!!

Anyone else seeing that Supermarket and wishing they could get any of that - UK has gone to hell in a hand basket, no eggs, no fresh meat, no canned goods, hardly any fruit and veg and absolutely no toilet paper... managed to get some milk today, only had full fat left, but better than nowt - Diet is off the cards at moment, eating what I can get, with Kendall Mint Cake ready for when it all runs out...

I went out with my wife yesterday, the bread and TP are completely gone. And the tampons of all thing were cleared out. LOL. But was still able to get hot dog/hamburger buns and milk. there was still a lot of stuff, but definitely not as much as normal. And hardly any people.

this was filmed a few days before the grocery stores were wiped out so thankfully I was able to buy my groceries - but our markets now are very similar unfortunately in the sense that there is very little available.

I hope you guys have flour of some kind to make your own foods. Most people have been going for already processed or instant meal options, so you could just grab ingredients for a recipe.

@@Z_place_holder1234 Luckily I normally make my own bread and pasta, so have about 15kg of flour in various forms, but no way to re-stock for a while - Stay safe all

Not sure what you’re willing to answer, but I’ve had great results with your advice. I can’t hit the gym or workout till about 4 pm. I eat only at 9:30 and noon. Should I change when I do any of these or keep it going? Thanks. P.s. I dig your keto coffee!!

Hi, do you think (sweet) lupini beans are keto friendly? I started eating lot of them for snacks, I'm not sure if they will kick me out of ketosis 🤔

Hey Autumn! I want to purchase the bundle and get started but I've recently been dx with UC and have a colonoscopy and endoscopy next week. How long after those tests should I aim to start your program? also, will it be a good program for me? I used to follow keto and carnivore but all the heavy/fatty meat really did some damage :(

Hi Autumn. Wondering if detoxing when hoping to fight off any virus exposure is helpful, harmful or neutral? Same question for IF generally. I feel like I'm eating so much healthier on while on IF but which is beneficial, but would appreciate your specific thoughts. Thanks.

Something HUGE to consider is that detox and gut rest are both natural “cleaning” processes within the body. IF stimulates autophagy and the MMC pathway to clean out our dysfunctional cells and left behind food/bacteria and dead cells. Liver detox addresses sources of toxins that - if left unchecked - can lead to a series of dysfunctional organs and cells not operating at their highest capacity. Not to mention the the effect sugar consumption has on decreasing the immune system for multiple hours after a sugar rich food/meal.

If i try intermittent fasting is it good to eat more healthy fats such as chia seeds and other seeds, coconut cream, avocado, nuts? I mean i wanna lose weight and I'm a bit confused, please give ne some advice

Hi! The Detox is not keto. It focuses on removing the foods that clog up liver detox in order to address the built up toxins already within the body.

Wow that’s a well supplied grocery store compared to what I’ve seen. I’ll admit I’m a little prejudice against the whole detox idea and wonder are there any studies done to show that detox actually happens....Not to throw a wrench in the detox thing ... Your detox menu looks kind a healthy menu which is great so yeah I agree smart eating does effect your health... I wouldn’t be watching this video if I didn’t think healthy eating doesn’t affect your life but I just wonder about this whole idea of detox.

Detox naturally occurs in the body through the liver every day. That’s the method we have for controlling toxins and other substances from reaching our brain and other vital organs. However the liver can get OVERLOADED (as any good factory can when the demand is too high) and this can lead to a storage of those toxins to protect the body. Unfortunately this storage is fat around the liver - aka fatty liver - which left unchecked can lead to non alcoholic fatty liver disease and insulin resistance. The goal is to remove additional toxins so the liver can address what it currently has “stored”.

I had extremely elevated liver enzymes from being on paternal nutrition in the hospital. The enzymes naturally decreased by about 8 times of what they had been in a month.... Just from eating balanced meals. I'm not sure if it's the same concept, but the liver can definitely do amazing things if you treat your body healthily for the majority of the time. .
