That broccoli salad is SO simple and absolutely delicious - I make it all the time. I also add cauliflower and other vegetables sometimes. It is a very adapable recipe, thank you!

I can't eat beef. I end up in the bathroom for several days, multiple times a day. But my holistic nutritionist, who is trained in functional medicine, has given me Beef Organ supplements (that work fine for me) for my bones and gut. So I recommend for those who can't eat beef or choose not to, try Beef Organ supplements.

I recommend watching Dr Mindy Pelz, a chiropractor trained in functional medicine. She is amazing in explaining how your body works especially in fasting.

???? I know you are not a fan of nut butters, but how much nut butter would be ‘safe’ to consume in a day ????

She does put both peanut and almond butter in some of her smoothie recipes. She just doesn’t consider it a high quality source of protein. So you’d need to add greek yogurt or protein powder for that aspect. My understanding is the nut butters would be more of a fat source than a protein source so just make sure you’re not replacing too much of your protein with fat (as well as the sugar that is sometimes in nut butters)
