Hey friends!!
We are on day 5 of our meditation challenge, wooo! You’ll notice that this meditation is a bit longer than the previous meditations… remember this is about progress not perfection! You can’t do a meditation in a “wrong way.” As long as you are trying your best and staying consistent, I promise you will reap the rewards!!
In this meditation we will grow self awareness by focusing on the physical body. We can more easily control the emotional and mental bodies when we are firstly in tune with the physical.
