The paid version I am using was 5.99 for a month, not 6.99 as I mentioned- sorry! The free version has most of the same features and is great if you want to see if you are meeting all of your nutritional needs.
(Nobody paid me to review this app, I fell on it after doing my "1 day on AIP" video with My Fitness Pal- I wanted to see if there was a better app that could tell me amounts of ALL vitamins and minerals in my diet and this one really fit the bill!
I contacted them and they were nice enough to give me a free one week trial, but on day 6 I actually signed up and paid for the Gold version so I could keep using it!)
I decided I'm going to keep tracking my diet for a full month! I keep making tweaks based on the information I gain- like adding more vitamin e rich foods and oils, reducing fructose, being mindful of getting enough folate, making sure I don't over-do it with the liver to keep my zinc:copper in a good place, etc etc.

You go over things her, but how do we know what our levels should be? I signed up for Cronometer, but need to review it and learn how it works. Do they explain more?

Cronometer has the values for your age and gender programmed into. If you now you have still to low values somewhere, you do not convert eomething or whatever you can individuelles it. Dependend in how your health is and what conditions you have you will find recommendations of what you might need more and how much too. If you feel unsure alone it would be a nutritionist job to help you there, without extensiv knowlage of your bloodwork and health individuellising is not realy doable..
