Doing some sort of movement after eating does help out a lot. I stopped the idea putting all of my intense exercise in an hour and then being done for the day. Now I move multiple times a day (not intense) and it does help with weight loss. Fantastic tutorial Brian 😊

Thank you very much this is very helpful for me. I use to overestimate the calories I gain and burn and I found it out the hard way. I also don't rest a lot when I usually have rests in workouts I skip them to make it quicker. I also am not that active because in online school I just sit from 7.30 am to 4pm and I do get some break time and lunch time. Love your channel Brian Syuki, your content is amazing.

I learned all this the hard way, wish I found this video s year ago. I am finally on track and have lost 50 lbs (that I had gained back) and losing the weight based on my diet and deficit. I make sure I get sleep. Good job on this video! I have an app that keeps track of my activity and how many calories I burnt.

Hi Coach great advice! I love working out first thing in the morning and vary if I do many a week . Could you also tell me what your thoughts about intermittent fasting can we loose weight on it and should we excercise? Thanks anyone is welcome to give me their opinion also as I am on a journey.

Please remember, muscle weighs more than fat, so if y'all are lifting weights, you WILL see the scale possibly go up, however, muscle takes up less space than fat. Focus on how you feel:)
