Wow! Great information! Thank you for sharing. I just subscribed. I'm a 62 year old female. I haven't worked out in quite a while. I'm ready to get back in shape. I gained 20lbs during this pandemic ( I'm 5'3, 150lbs) I had to get in the right frame of mind before starting this journey or it wouldn't work. I also started drinking a lot of water, (75oz). a day. For me that's a miracle. I never drank a lot of water in the past. I think I will join your fitness challenge.💪🏾👍🏾
Very nice video Brian ! I have been fighting hypothyroidism and premature menopause from the age of 30. Great bad luck. But I still manage to have the ideal weight of a young woman. Thanks to training and healthy food. Thanks for these explanations are very helpful.!!!

I simply love your exercise videos, Brian. They are so imaginative and the low impact ones are best for me as I have a sensitive left ankle/achilles issue through too much exercising in the past. I was addicted to intense exercise and it has caused me some slight damage in terms of knee and tendon issues to the back of my left ankle.
