Fantastic information! This short tutorial cleared up a lot of misconceptions. I was actually told by a certified trainer that intermittent fasting was ideal because then I can go eat anything and everything in a window of time. Stuffing myself will keep me from being hungry for hours and it's super easy. I found none of it to be easy. I felt sluggish and sick. I couldn't do it. For me high protein meals with vegetables and fruits helped immensely. Not every "diet" is for everybody but I wanted to lose weight bad enough so I found a way to eat that worked for me. I really appreciate you teaching us with so much care.

Hey coach i usually fast daily for 16hrs but in the morning i take water with apple cider vinegar, does that mess my fast?

Apple cider vinegar does not break your fast, it helps to curb your hunger.

Brian amazing Videos! Ive lost 170lbs actually this is the second time. If you do the 24hour fast can you add some of those calories to other days let say I eat 1900 calories and let say I add 1000 calories from the fast to other daily meals?
