I think this video is awesome! For someone who has a home gym I'm often following programs with machine exercises prescribed and these are really original alternatives I haven't seen anywhere else.
I am convinced that a three storm fitness video is better than any party drug… I’ve watched this video for 20 hours straight and still have not came down from this high.
I used your hammock strap + EliteFTS American cambered bar chest press a lot until I got a dedicated plated loaded incline press. It is a great movement when you have limited space and equipment. Only downside is the set up time. And making sure you make note of the settings you used for the future.
Another endless loop I found off Amazon that is cheaper than those round slings now, is 1"x 3' tow straps (yellow ones), I paid less than $6 for them each. Load capacity is 3200 lbs each lol
I’m a big fan of landmine + hammock straps too. You should try the 26” Hammer Sleeve landmine attachment from Titan. It’s a game changer for almost every landmine movement.
I've come close to buying that several times...just bought a prime fitness rot8 knockoff about 5 seconds ago to compare to the legit ones, so I'll have to put it off again for a little while (small budget). I'll definitely try them out eventually. Thanks for your input, man!
