Im a contemporary fusion dancer and I sometimes struggle with back flexibility stretches so I am going to do these stretches for 2 weeks to see a different. Day 1-(13th January)The stretches were relaxing but the seal pose we were holding it for so long my back was hurting but I cant wait for day 2! Day 2-(14th January) I did this at like 8:20pm bc I was out for a while so I couldnt do it in the afternoon. But Im happy I did bc it was more relaxing. When I went to the bridge it was so much easier and my hips were up higher. Day 3 next!!! Day 3- (15th January)I did my dance stretches before this so I was more relaxed and when I did the cobra my head was far more back which shows me flexibility is increasing. Im so excited for day 4!! Day 4-(16th January)I enjoyed the stretch but i struggled to do the forward plank i think but i went into my bridge so much easier!! Day 5- (17th January)I went to a party and came back late so i was to tired to do the stretch😅but I did cobra stretch and cat cow Day 6-(18th January)- I had dance class today and i was so close to falling to a backbend. Ive always known how to do a bridge but its so cool falling into one.I cant wait for day 7!! Almost a week! Day 7-(19th January)Stretched and my back bend was easier to get too!! Cant wait for Day 8!! Day 8-(20th January)No stretch today I was extremely ill😢but thats good bc taking a break from stretching lets your muscles rest so that the next day you will be more flexible! so its been a week now and I already got my backbend so I guess I dont need to wait 2 weeks. Thanks Daniela do remember some years ago you mentioned back bend wasn't your fav...... will defo follow along as I think my arms/ back aren't strong enough to support the bend 💪💪
My back hurts but it's worth it because it works and the stretches are so easy for a young girl like and im 9 and im a bit flexible now and also thank you for this routine ❤😊
This works so well! Last night I did this routine and I could barely get through halfway on all the stretches and this morning I tried it again and I did all the stretches easily and also I got further in my backbend this really help me. I think all you need to do is put in the time and effort into trying to do it each day ❤😊

Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
I’ve noticed is a glitch of timing during Cobra exrecise. Instead if count from 37 down, it goes up till 59 and only after that starts count down. Check it from 6:16 video time. Would be nice if you can fix it! Thanks!
Can you put chapters of each exercise? I noticed some of the harder stretches were in the beginning, it would help to quickly jump to the exercises that ease more naturally into the harder stretches. Like Hyperextension after the Baby Cobra, then full Cobra to grab legs arch back diamond to would have been perfect.
Wow im suprised i did this and got my back bend on my first day my back felt a bit stretched and i could bend more on rhe second day i got my backbend but i still need to practice to get it perfect
Sharing my results for doing this for 2 weeks as I have no flexibility in any part of my body except for my arms( bad trait for a dancer) Day 1-(June 29) felt good on my back, wasn’t able to get into a back as I hadn’t stretched much the past couple of days
The “backbend” you showed was not a backbend. That’s a bridge. I watched this hoping to get my backbend after forgetting how to do one and it did not work.
Bro this was really good. I still couldn’t do a backbend because my back was onFIRE. I wish I didn’t get out of gymnastics man 🧍♂️ I used to be so good at it then covid killed me and my Tiny home 😭😭
