Thank you for this video. I decide to begin to return as i was when i had 12 years old i stopped many years. When i had 20 years old my left leg had broke and after i had problem with my left hand that made me to see to return to sport like impossible. But after many years i'm still thinking to return to do sport as i was. Now I'm 39 years old, i decide to make my dream truth what ever happen. Thank you so much
I got my diet plan from *Next Level Diet* and lost 2kg in just 10 days. So far, so good. Can't wait to see numbers on scale after 20 more days. I am so excited about this.
I just found your channel, please keep uploading. :) I started working out a few months ago but I wasn't having fun after a while, I feel lost in my workouts and I'm not having fun with how I measure gains (just increasing weight??) so I decided to set a goal to do a handstand. And your handstand video was the most helpful one I've found from a beginner standpoint! Your transformation is inspiring and this video is so motivating! I look forward to your future content! :D
full power to you bro. Im just beginning my calisthenics journey. was your 200 day transformation from complete beginner? Did u mix in weight training. Your story is inspiring you should make and sell training modules online. There are so many experts out there but you journey is more relate able more real. Congrats bro
Chill bro, you weren't close to being "fat", you were basically skinny with less amount of muscles that made you feel "fat". Impressive transformation bro but trust me being truly fat and going through a transformation is very very different and mentally straining. Peace
That is phenomenal! Well done! Did you ever struggle with wrist pain as you progressed? I've just started and I'm a bit concerned that it's going to become a problem
I struggled with all sorts of pain and the wrist is one of them. I suffered from golf elbow and tennis elbow at the same time because my grip muscles was too slow to catch up. Do. Do more stretching, it will help. If you really cant deal with the pain, just move on to a different exercise
Why are you concerned about something you haven't encountered yet? If you have a problem with wrist pain already then that's different you should avoid exercises that would increase the risk of hurting.
Hey anton. I do calisthenics for 1 and 1/2 years now and I too have had wrist problems. I could solve these by warming them up better. I spend at least 2 minutes warming up my wrists before every workout and haven't had problems since. But your comment is 3 months old. Maybe you already found a suiting solution
When I used to train in evening I get less quality sleep. Training in morning is giving me a good satisfying sleep. Try it yourself. I found this out both by feeling my body and the data from fitness tracker (Garmin Vivo Active)
Literally feels like what I have been doing! Can’t wait to see more videos keep it up! Have been working on handstand for approx. 3 months and was finally able to do a 10 second hold from kicking up! I still do barbell exercises but other than that I’m mostly focusing on calisthenics. What type of routine are you doing if you don’t mind me asking? Again, AWESOME progress!! 💪🏼
Was literally feeling demotivated just now but your comment just lit my world up, thanks a lot bro. I really appreciate that. Follow my Instagram (@jme_cal) I put my workout Q&As there :) but a quick answer is when I first started, I followed the Thenx app beginner routine,. It's free so go check it out
whoa whoa whoa! I only get 6 hours of sleep during the summer because I work outside and have to get up so dang early to beat the heat, otherwise you best believe I need my 7-8 hours during the rest of the year. 6 hours a night is the bare minimum people should be getting for health.
So inspiring. Brotherrr. I am currently training planche n i am on straddle planche kindda stucked. Thanks for the inspiring. I share my planche journey. I would be so happy if i get some feedbacks from u guysss.
This Is Epic. You mention eating at a deficit in your post. You seemed more of a skinny Fat body type do you think that was the better choice than bulking for muscle? Asking because I share a similar physique to you when you started. I.e skinny arms with a bit of belly
If I were you I will try a clean diwt first and see how much weight you could drop. Then bulk from there. The other way round, u will lose motivation to cut because of all the muscles u built.
@@jamietso7209 thanks for the answer :) I am doing 20 kilogram weighted pullups for 6 reps currently. Also I am doing explosive pullups to bottom of my chest. I am guessing I am lacking consistency and technique at this point
@@vanillasky4221 do you think this plays a big role in strength training? I am just maintaining my current weight. Nothing fancy... do you have a suggestion? I feel like all calisthenics athletes are slightly below recommended weight, so maybe I should do that?
@Jamie Tso I hope all is well with you. I am in the same boat as you were a few years ago. I am in the process of trying to bulk up and get shredded. If you don't mind me asking, could you let me know what your workout routine is/was and what you ate throughout the day?
fat to fit, mate by no means were you fat, im not fat im pretty built and i still wish i could do what you were doing at the start, cant even hold myself in a tuck on bar like that
Hey, amazing progress! I am 16 y/o and underweight (did many hours of cardio and started to count calories and eat only Clean foods and didnt notice how my weight was dropping. Now I want to gain weight healthy, I live an very active Lifestyle, 20-25k steps daily and started to do Bodyweight Training. Do you think I can build up decent with the right meals and 4 Full Bodyworkouts per week? (Pushups, crunches, Plank, squats, Dips, leglift (lying) everything 3-4 à 12-15 Reps? And did you do any cardio next to cathletics? Sry for asking so many questions brother ahha! ;) Keep it Up!
hi there! No worries, I'm here to answer questions! You seem to have huge potential given that you eat clean, have high level of activity and plenty time to workout. I think those exercises you suggested will all become easy for you as soon as you start working out regularly. You should switch to harder progressions (pike pushups, planche push ups, L sit etc) once you reach the 20 reps benchmark. I dont have time to do cardio since i am working full time, but I do hiit from time to time and I keep my rest time minimal so that helps bring my heartrate up (similar to cardio). Good luck with your training and happy new year!
But how did you managed to stay motivated???? because when i try to lose weight, after some time or along the day it feels like i should give up and that is when i start to eat a lot again...and i give up.. So what should i do?
Motivation won't help you because motivation doesn't last long. There is only one solution to the "I feel like I should give up" problem and that's to keep working, even when motivation fades away.
Yannmcrissos is right. For me, at first i was stretched between discipline and pleasure. I used to think they are mutually exclusive. But once I found a sport that's truly interesting and worth putting time in, the need for discipline fades away and I realized I was doing it because I liked it. And staying disciplined has become a fun part of it.
@@jamietso7209 can I ask how did you train? Im 4 months training for muscle up and started around 13 pull ups. Im mainly training with rubberbands and I can see a big difference but cant muscle up yet. What was your routine? How did you train? How many pull ups were you able to do?
