How do you get the most restful sleep in as little time as possible? Here are SEVEN practices to hack sleep with everything from technology to getting the right supplements.
Once you understand just how much in control you are of your own sleep and how fixable it is you gain the power to take control of your body, your brain, and your life.
TOOLS TO HACK SLEEP:
1) Oura Ring - like having a sleep laboratory on your finger
2) Get Hapbee neckband - naturally stimulate bio-receptors in cells to recreate the same sensations as melatonin (the sleep hormone)

I used magnesium when occasionally I had to get up early - worked great! I’m one of those people who can drink 3 coffees and go right to sleep

And it actually isn’t about the form with what we do because we change the pure magnesium to a smaller size….it’s about the delivery system.

Thanks for the great video, Vishen! 🙏 As per request: There is a "holy trinity" of valerian/hops/passion flower if you don't want melatonin, that works effectively for some. Vicks has the ZzzQuil Pure Zzz's version of this supplement or combine your own. L-Theanine also helps to relax (component of green tea minus the caffeine) and believe it or not, Rhodiola Rosea not only gives your brain & body a boost of energy when needed, but it will also help you sleep through the night. It will give you energy to do whatever you need to do. Morninga does the same in a gentler way. *We need energy to sleep, heal, and process at night (or whenever you sleep) so never go through your entire stores of energy. Always save some at the end of your day for sleeping & other healing processes during sleep time or you'll get burnout. Acupuncturist taught me that last one.

There's another trick, two kiwis half an hour before go to bed. 4-7-8 respiration and of course ask the body please to have a god sleep.
