Just think of the European countries, they do have highways, BUT, majority or most of their transport system is RAILWAY....

The savings will be a great changer as well for every Filipino family.

Most Of the Filipino People Are Hungry And Poor, and Mostof the Projects Are not Evenly distributed Mostly In Luzon Islands. Visayas And Mindanao Have Few Projects, Most Of The Poor Filipinos Are Hungry And Our Government Is Only Rich.
