If the projects talks about increasing power generation and creating many high value tech products manufacturing factories for cars, semiconductors, ships, appliances, smartphones, etc. then I will believe Philippines will become the next superpower.

The Cordova bridge is already completed and the two Subway projects in Metro Manila might be completed 2-3 years from now. That can help the bad traffic big time.

Highways and railways. I prefer a railway connection. But honestly, a lot of bus companies, construction firm and other things like lack of fund will hinder it. Well, it is up to the next generation. Good luck.

Railway is the main answer.. imagine a single freight car can accommodate 30 passengers, at 150+ total a single train in one-way, that is basically 70 to 100 cars deducted inside metro manila not in an hour but could be in 30 minutes or less... Just think of the European countries, they do have highways, BUT, majority or most of their transport system is RAILWAY....

Subways in the whole area of Metro Manila and nearby vicinities of Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Bulacan and Pampanga. Russia and China took almost 50-60 years building more than 300 kilometres of the subway system while Japan was probably 50 years as well to build sophisticated subways. With the advanced technology, the Philippines will probably take 25-30 years building 300 kilometers subways. God bless the Philippines and pray for all leaders anointed by the Lord 🙏🙏🙏

The 500+ power service contracts approved by the Marcos Administration, the opening of the renewable sector to 100% foreign ownership, and the creation of the Green Lane as well as the aggressive push of the government to invite forwign investors will be the biggest gane changer for the Philippines. This push by the Administration of PBBM in the power sector will ensure adequate and cheap supply of electricity and save precious dollars. It will boost the economy, grow businesses and creat jobs as well as generate more income for the government. Production, transportation, storage and marketing costs of products will go down. The cost of services will go down as well. Most importantly, it will reduce electricity bills for all households and ease their burdens. Electricity eats up a huge chunk of every family's income. The savings will be a great changer as well for every Filipino family.

Most Of the Filipino People Are Hungry And Poor, and Mostof the Projects Are not Evenly distributed Mostly In Luzon Islands. Visayas And Mindanao Have Few Projects, Most Of The Poor Filipinos Are Hungry And Our Government Is Only Rich.

@@waterlily2839_chuaPPP in the Philippines did not start during the Pnoy Administration. I was consulted by some lawmakers and businessmen when the BOT Law was still being crafted in the late 1980s. The BOT law (RA 6957) was passed in the year 1990. I even had involvement in one of the biggest BOT projects in the early 2000s.

I don't think using the word ‘superpower’ is appropriate in describing these projects. Undoubtedly, the projects are monumental but would not make the country a superpower.

you have to understand, these projects started during former president duterte. now, we have marcos. these projects may not be possible because marcos is a junkie. yes, he is under the influence.
