5th November 2023 I had a full cardiac arrest. Fortunately, I had been in severe pain, had pressed my medical alarm on my wrist, and had an ambulance arrive while I was projectile vomiting and writhing in pain. I thought it was maybe a blocked liver duct or similar as I had that a year before. I was surprised when the ambulance people wired me up to a machine and told me I was having a heart attack. It took 25 minutes to go from my town to the city, and my heart apparently stopped in the Emergency Dept. They jumped-started my heart and took me into theatre immediately, where they put a stent into a totally block artery to restore blood flow. Prior to pressing my medical alarm, I did have rapidly building pressure in my chest, cold sweats, dizziness, vomiting, and eventually severe pain. But that all happened within 30 minutes of the ambulance arriving. I appreciate this video and will watch more carefully for any early signs of another one. I still have a partially block artery in my left side of my heart, but my surgeon told me yesterday that it would be more dangerous to surgically try to intervene than to leave it. Thanks again. Kind regards from New Zealand 🇳🇿 ❤

@angelwings7930 , they needed to tell my adult children who live 30 minutes from the hospital in other directions. Luckily both son and daughter arrived at Emergency Dept before the ambulance only to see their mother arrive with resuscitation happening. They kinda needed to know. 😪

On 26th June 2023 I went to my GP and asked for an ECG as I was concerned...I was hearing my heart beat loudly outside my head... results of ECG was my heart is aging as I am 72 years old...need to walk for 10 minutes daily...I suffered a heart attack on 10 December 2023..I experienced pain in my right elbow..the funny bone...also right shoulder...right side of my back and excruciating pain in my right breast....I had experienced these pains previously which were severe but did not think it was heart related as all the pain was on my right side ..I was rushed to the Emergency and came home on 14 December 2023...I also was found to have a Haytis Hernia when I brought up "coffee grains."

If you have symptoms that concern you, it's still a good idea to check in with your regular doctor while you wait for that appointment. They can usually start some initial testing.

So I tend to have these symptoms. Sometimes a feeling of cold sweat, back pain, neck and shoulder pain. I used to have shortness of breath and stomach problems. I went to the doctor and they said everything is fine. I am 29 years old. I'm not saying that people can't have a heart attack at that age, but not everything points to that. Maybe I was misdiagnosed. Maybe I have this too, who knows, but I won't go to the doctor every day.

A high mean platelet volume on a blood test also can be a signal. Heart disease in my family and ancestry does not show on an EKG in a doctors office. It shows up on a stress treadmill test where a dye is inserted into your vein.

So what means stay alert, or being cautious? I got a heart bypass surgery couple of years ago and they put me on 5 different statins plus cardio disprin. Long story short, it did me more harm than good especially the Warfarin B.S. My advice is, eat healthy, do moderate exercises regularly, take healthy supplements and quit smoking if you do. Thats it. You will praise yourself sparing lots if money and adding years to your life. B.t.w. the pharmaceutical and hospital bills give you also some extra stres which will give you high blood pressure. Thats it.

Most doctors nowadays are ASSHOLES!! All they do is push pills which causes more problems ever place else but they don't give a 💩💩,, all they care about is the insurance residuals and getting as many patients in and out in an hour every day! It's all about the 💰💰💰 to them,,, ❤❤🎉🤑🙏🙏🙏🙏👀💪❤🙏🙏🙏👅🤺👏🤲🦶🦻💕🙀! Sorry I ran out of emojis!!
