Comma device is a piece of aftermarket hardware that plugs in to your car and is mounted to the windshield. It runs Comma.ai's custom software, Openpilot. Openpilot is easy to use and works similarly to your regular adaptive cruise control. Simply press a button on your steering wheel and It enables your car to steer, accelerate, and brake automatically within its lane; and it does all of this much better than your car's default stock system. Openpilot is similar to Tesla's Autopilot.

The the c3 still have the same steering torque issue on the Civic as the c2? I think this is a limitation of the Bosch system in the Civic but one of the reasons why I didn't find the c2 all that useful.

Hey, true, Honda & Acura both suffer limited steering torque. But still good choice if most of the driving is done on highway or for someone who don't want to give so much control to Openpilot. But I agree, today I rather have Toyota, Toyotas have very good torque, and work well on local and highway roads.
