I have a 77 F100 that I've had since 2002. It's been sitting for 10 years with only a few start ups here and there. I've been watching alot of vids lately that have resparked my interest in it again. I like them wheels and tires you have on yours! Thanks for the vid!
this is an awesome video! nice job on this. i considered painting my CV subframe like you did, but it's a bit more work than i want to do. yours looks great!
Thanks! I appreciate that. Unfortunately it's been sitting with no progress again. Planning to finally get back to it again next week. So hopefully I'll be posting a new video on it soon.
@ramrodou812 Nice! I need to get back to work on mine It's been sitting for way too long now! Keep me updated on your progress. It's good insensitive to get me back working on mine.
FYI Max Advanced Brakes are located in Markham Ontario and their elite brake kits are a fraction the price of Powerstop garbage and they are made right here in Canada with better quality grey iron for their drilled and slotted rotors. When I do brakes for people I only use Max brakes or I don't do them
Nice. I’m started on a frame off rebuilt on my 79 F150 Styleside Custom Pickup. Currently down to frame. Where did u get the upper and lower arm assembly?
I've seen many swaps but the one thing that caught my eye are the lower control arm brackets. Those are sick. Are those available or did you fab those as well?
What kit did you use? I noticed the blocks were different than I have seen before and the control arm brackets were the first bolt ons that I have ever seen!
I built the upper brackets but the control arm brackets I picked up from Outcast Autoworks. Check them out they will have everything you need for the swap.
Not sure of the exact measurements as far as how low it will be yet. I think it will be about 5in. In front and 7 or 8 in the back. The rims are 18x9.5 in front and 18x10.5 in back with 295×4018 and 255x45×18 tires.
Not really sure about the p71 interceptor. I've never really looked Into it much. The wheels are aodhan wheels and I think I payed around $250 each or so. It was a while ago.
