I have been practicing Hot Yoga since 2005 in studios all around the world, taken the Evolation Yoga training 2 X, and this is the best class I have EVER seen recorded - no pauses, energetic without being goofy, and includes knowledge - filled insights on several postures which I have never heard before - congrats, you are a true Guru teacher. (Love your wall design also) Thanks for positing this and I look forward to practicing with you virtually for a long time -
We are practicing 90 min 26 + 2 outdoors in Hawaii. My husband is a beginner, and this is by far tje Best recording we have found. Adi’s instructions are specific with added creativity in small measure (her extras add to, but do not distract or detract), her focus is on the yoga and her students, and her timing is precise. We had our best ever practice! Namaste and mahalo!
This is the best Bikram style yoga video on RU-vid. Adi is a fantastic teacher. I've replayed this video countless times while doing my Yoga. ~ Thank you!
ADI! Please do a 60 min class :) I do this and your 30 min version all the time and would love a 60 min 1x each posture. Yours are my favorite classes!
Wow! What a great online class! And..I’ve never seen a teacher practice and teach at the same time - and wouldn’t know if you didn’t look at the screen! How do you DO that? You are a superhero! Thank you🙏☀️
It feels so good to jump back into a 26/2 yoga class! You’re leadership throughout this class was just perfect; voice/tone/cadence was calming yet energizing. And your instruction was clear and concise. Thank you so much! 😊
I've watched many 90 minute Bikram classes on RU-vid and this one is by far the best. I don't know where my practice would be without this specific video. So grateful for what you have done, Adi! Amazing instructor.
I've been using different versions for my solo pandemic practice. This is my favorite. I have an affinity for instructors who don't rush the warm up series, since it sets me up for the rest of class. Thanks for taking your time with Pranayama, Ardha Chandrasana, and Pada Hasthasana ...it makes a profound difference for me. I may forever think of dismembered Barbie dolls when I "switch legs" now, but that's a small price to pay for finding Adi's class. lol
Still one of the best videos I've ever practiced too. Thank you for keeping this up during and after covid. Its greatly appreciated! I use a mini heater and a small humidifier at home to help get the full benefits of hot yoga and if its a hot day I use my garage as a natural heat source. I get the same results like I would going to a yoga studio💖
Loooove this class! I’ve been doing Bikram for over 16 years and four years ago, my husband and I built a hot yoga room in our garage with three heaters, a humidifier and mirrors and have been using teacher friends dialogues and RU-vid videos this one was given to my by a friend who teaches here in Southern California and my husband and I were taken to another level this morning! Great dialogue that sticks to the poses, perfect timing and her voice is both challenging and relaxing! Please record another 90 minute! Thank you🥵
Hey Adi, I went looking for a Bikram video class for a friend here in Bangkok and found you:). Wonderful, it's good to see you. Thanks for the class, Charlie Hubbard
I just sent this class to a friend of mine. I've been doing Bikram from home regularly for about 2-3 months now after having done it several years ago. I've experimented with several teachers on youtube and continue to come back to her. Her descriptions while in the pose help me and I seem to hear something different almost each class. Thank you. Pink fluffy chair gets me each time.
I just stumbled upon this !! Excellent class, perfect timing, full instructions, amazing cues, all the while doing the poses. I can barely breath through the poses. You took time at every step, setting up the correct foundation for each pose, allowing enough time to get into the pose. There is enough time at each step - to prepare for the posture, to get into the pose, to be in the pose and to correct the pose and go deeper. Awesome instructions . In my few years of practice, I haven't seen anyone teach and practice at the same time with such depth and perfection. You have a wonderful practice.Your back bends and forward folds are all at a different level. I cannot say enough about the class. Thank you Adi for this amazing class!!
Adi, your original 90 min 26 posture hot yoga instruction in this video is the gold standard of this yoga genre. You give precise, detailed and encouraging instruction with a genuinely positive, insightful and caring manner. Quite often in this type of yoga, the instructors come off as pushy drill sargeants which turns me off completely. Your positive, compassionate and knowledgable personality shines through! Thank you for posting this video
thank you for demonstrating, instructors do not demonstrate in class, just verbally instruct, and you have zero clue what a pose is supposed to look like, it's like the blind leading the blind in class & so this is helpful.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful practice. It makes a huge difference when you do 2 each of all the postures your mind, body, and spirit really open up.
Amazing class!!! Thank you for the detailed instructions throughout the class. I haven't done this style of yoga in 15 years and I feel blessed to find this class online. Adi, is a truly a gifted teacher. Also, love the yoga pants. So fun!!!
Im so glad! Thank you! We are starting a new channel as well. I just uploaded our first video to it. check it out! 30 minute class... ru-vid.com/show-UCTimKJbXZWcbr79zI4-ffKA
What a treat to find this video, Adi! I’m so grateful to you and all the other 26/2 instructors out there sharing their classes with us on RU-vid-you’ve been absolute lifesavers these past few months. Thank you especially for your clear, well-paced, and warm-hearted instruction. Loved!!
So thankful for your class! Been practicing bikram yoga for a few years now. I prefer home practice and have used different RU-vid vids. Truly, you’ve helped me to get deeper in to poses than I thought I could - feeling more benefit from each. Thank you to the moon and back. Many hugs and thanks 💚👍🏽🔥🤗
Vikki Kathryn I have a bunch on our virtualhya.com channel and other classes too with other teachers to choose from. Access is currently $25/ week and helps our local studio do what we do.
I'm so glad I've found this video. I'm doing it every day and it's the only thing that is helping me feel a little bit grounded. It's lighthearted and challenging. I have a shoulder problem and this has been helping it! Thanks for your content.
I have a question Adi. Just wanted to say first that your yoga sessions have become the backbone of my daily habits and helped me to get out of lifetime of depression so... god bless you. How do you sustain that wholesome peaceful focused state of being that you get after yoga except, of course, for regular practice?
Isn’t that the multi billion dollar question?! Haha. A question that fuels an industry of self help books and podcasts and movies for days. Haha. How do I answer that? First of all I want to say you aren’t alone. This is my work all the time. I am prone to anger and depression as well. Regular yoga practice helps. Diet changes help. Remembering that we are eternal beings and this moment is just a tiny fraction of time in the grand scheme of things. I often tell myself “pan back”. I try to see the bigger picture. When dealing with individuals, I try to remember that everyone has a story we know nothing about. I also believe that our ebbs and flows are all lessons that we are continuously working on and completely normal. Is that helpful?
@@HotYogaAsheville It does help indeed. Especially realising that I'm not the only one who needs certain managing techniques just to get through the day sometimes. And yes you're definitely onto something with the self help being a huge industry, It says an awful lot about our societies and how we we failed collectively to provide people with meaning. Thank you for your response
WOW, what an amazing class, I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you for your time, you are extremely powerful. You are truly an asset to this world. God bless you.
I really enjoyed the whole e Exercise, although as a beginner some of the moves are difficult but it will improve through time. Thank you so much Adi to providing this excellent video
Yesterday an apple stem was twisted after asking for it’s message to the question, “What good will happen today?” (1st twist) An A... (2nd) a B.... a C.... Adi !... the stem broke free. Thank You for leading the class. 💚
Jacqueline Stone hi thank you so much! I have a 30 min version on a new channel I’m playing with called Yoga Tough. But most of my classes are available at virtualhya.com. First week is free. Thank you and hope you are well!
So glad to have found this 90 minute class on YT. Searching for live online Bikram sessions during COVID has been challenging either because of availability, cost, and scheduling but now I can just press play and complete my practice on my own schedule. Plus, the instruction is awesome! (How is it that Adi is able to talk through some of the postures? I can barely breathe through some of them. haha!) Thanks so much for having this up on YT!
Wonderful demonstration of Ghosh yoga. ❤ Odd that no one ever calls it that, but he did create this sequence for Bikram. Nevertheless, you're a very good teacher. I've been doing this for 35 years and still live this worries as much as I did as a teenager. 😊
That’s awesome. Many names for sure. We are aware of the lineage (been in the practice since 2001) and have a beautiful tree on the wall showing all the yoga lineages. We have evolved our name for the class over the years but the sequence is strong and works. 🙏 and our clients are dedicated to their health and well-being… which after all is a beautiful thing and the ultimate goal.
Hi Adi, It's so good to see you again and to be able to join your class. I used to practice in Asheville at the studio. I have been living in Florida now for about the past seven years. I enjoyed this class! Namaste
