I've noticed you haven't posted anymore. Girl, you have more than 700 videos, don't throw all of your hard work away!! If I can give some advice.....change the lighting in your videos, the light is not enough and there are too many shadows. Even a ring light where you can put your phone in it to record, would be fine. And I would definitely put a bit more effort in the thumbnails to make them more clickable. Thumbnails are the make or break deal: it's the reason people will or will not click on your videos. Don't give up! You have a library of good info and you are very likeable, so it won't be difficult for you to maintain your audience once they click on your videos.
@@SunscreenSmoocher You are the sick one!! My comment has nothing to do with how she is. My comment is about the content she put out ALREADY. And even if she was sick and I was advising her to change some stuff, how is this "not cool"....WOW!!!!....
Wow great recipe I never used my silicone mold in the oven before. (used it for fish food) This worked amazing, great training treats, and jackpot treats . I used the 2nd batch for regular size cookies. Own a male smooth Collie big cookies work for him. He thinks this recipe is are better than the expensive treats by Orijen, and honest kitchen. Thank you so much !
My fussy cavapoo absolutely loved this treat, thank you for sharing this recipe. About to bake the second time, the first trial went down so well and kept for 2 months 🥰😋
@@CanineCountryAcademy me too, so glad Monty likes this treat as he not interested in any kind of shop bought treats, absolutely top and easy to make 💪😍 This time I'd added coconut flour instead, as I'd ran out rice flour. Monty literally chased me for them, happy all round xx
You’re so charismatic and sweet‼️ Thank you so much for your awesome video. Hope to find one of those oven silicon molds in my country so easy to just spread the mix🐶
1:48 I just wanted to let YOU know ... YOU have cost me a LOT OF MONEY!!!! and... I am so Happy you did... LOL I have this Silicone Mat... Plus, a "Fish" one and a "Tiny Heart" one and a "Dog Bone" one ... I have gone crazy buying different mats... Dog Bone Cookie Cutters... I love knowing what is going into my new puppy's food... THIS Is what I'm giving out for Christmas to everyone that has Dogs/Cats.. Thank you so much for all you do... Great Video...
I have something to share with you... You might already know this. I am dieting... I used to be a Fitness Trainer years ago... and I have a Vitamix, so it is easy to make these treats... but I too wanted to have Treats to eat and not feel guilty and treats for me to help me lose weight... ALSO... My mother is almost 90 years old, and wanted to make something for her as well, since she eats many times a day, but very little at a time... So... One day, I had "BONE BROTH" left over in a cup my mother forgot to drink. I didn't want to throw it away, because it is expensive... and very good for you. I just happened to be making treats for me and mom.... I put 1 Pack of Clear Gelatin with the Bone Broth and added it to my soupy mixture of treats... I used the bigger Silicone molds (hearts) ... I knew these would be "WIGGLY" .... OH MY GOSH... They turned out SOOOOO GOOD... (LOTS less salt). Hope you try this for yourself and your puppies.
Thanks for the note! Great question. It will vary based on your dog's dietary needs, age, and size. I like short training sessions that might include 10 reps of one new behavior max. That could mean 10 to 20 treats. Then observe if your puppy does okay with that amount of treat rewards.
You could. We give our terriers one or two occasionally. I personally wouldn't use peanuts as a training treat. It might be worth researching it and discussing with your vet.
This recipe looks fantastic!! Do I add 10 minutes to make it crunchy? I’m sorry I didn’t quite understand that last part about making it soft or crunchy
Could I use coconut flour instead of rice flour in this recipe? And would it make a difference in how it bakes? Just got my dot tray and I’m ready to bake these yummy treats
@@CanineCountryAcademy I did use the coconut flour in with your recipe instead of rice flour, and used an egg instead of the applesauce. I also bake them for about 15 minutes then shut the oven off and let them stay in there for a few more minutes. Took them out of the oven dumped them on a tray and let them cool. A little on the crunchy side and it seemed the dogs like the crunchy ones better. I even tasted it and it is fairly bland.
It's a good question. The world of peanut butter is becoming more complicated. You want a peanut butter that is only made of peanuts and maybe salt added. You don't want additional sugars that can be harmful to dogs.
Avoid xylitol as it is toxic to dogs. And find the lowest levels of salt and sugar you can. You can even make your own peanut butter from plain peanuts. Just throw them in your blender for 5 minutes!
@@kowmoomoo1xylitol, a type of sweetener, is toxic to dogs, even in smaller amounts than you'd think. So stick to natural pb as it is sometimes added to lower the calories
Great video. I know hydrogenated oils cause inflammatory in your body, I bet it's really bad not only for humans but for dogs too. I saw that ingredient on the peanut butter jar in the video.
Make sure your avoiding any extra ingredients besides peanuts, Adams no stir peanut butter is a good example of one you want, they are sugar free, xylitol free and can come salt free
Will these help with weight gain? I see all your rat terriers ..... I have one as well. 21 years old believe or not and I want to try and give him something treat wise to help gain
Wow, 21 year old Terrier is amazing. I would not recommend these specifically for weight gain. Please consult your vet about food options for weight gain.
I'm having real trouble removing the excess. When I wipe with the back of the spoon the PB mixture coats it, so the next wipe I do does nothing. I even tried a spatula and the same thing happened. Any tips? Thank you so much
@@CanineCountryAcademy I made it with both less and more water and had the same problem both times. Another problem I'm having is after 30 minutes the treats are still soft.
@@CanineCountryAcademy Thanks for your help. They were just sticky with less water and the PB stuck to the spoon and then with more water the PB was all over the outside of the mold
@@CanineCountryAcademy i will. I am making treats for Take Your Dog to Work Day event at work. With all the pb issues not sure I want to give treats with pb in them.
Great question! They last about a week in the refrigerator or a little more. You can also freeze them and then take out what you need for a week for the maximum benefit.
Dont EVER give dogs peanut Butter. Use almond butter instead. And organic. MAKE SURE there’s no PALM OIL in it. I can’t stress enough how toxic and GI upsetting palm oil is for dogs. Omg the horror stories my dog has had and others I know. Causes pancreatitis. Major problems.
@kblongespee9225 thank you for your input and personal explanation. Yes, do what's best for your dogs. Many dogs do well with small amounts of peanut butter.
