I’m not hating on LS powered cars cause I have one.... BUT when I saw the thumbnail I was really hoping it was still rotary powered. Still a bad ass car tho

Like honestly a lot of you guys are saying he should have kept the rotary or whatever. But you have to be honest with yourself, that's a down and dirty V8 right there. Most of the time a RX7 is V8 swapped, they're half freaking rigged...No paint job, fenders all cut up, and just a whatever setup. This guy has done everything! He's appreciated the fact that this car was birthed with a rotary and is a sin to engine swap. But he has at least took such a beautiful car into the hands of an angel.

There are a multitude of engine choices. But it all depends what he was after. It's a damn gorgeous build and it's done extremely well. Rotories are incredibly expensive to build properly for that kind of power and to maintain it is crazy pricey as well. This a clean ass build. Great job!

The engine and horse power evolution on this car mirrors my '02 TA almost exactly! Went from 550 whp with the Vanessa and stock bottom end LS1, to 742 with a PTE 7675, and shooting for 900 with a forged 6.0 that's going in over the winter. The FD is a much sexier looking car though! Great work on this thing Chris!!

Awesome car man. Yeah the more you learn about rotory's the more you appreciate the people that keep them, but if you want a reliable car there is just no way. I like this option. As long as FD's are cared for, IDC what you do with them.
