95 Tahoe with 6.0 Conversion rowing gears 

very nice man. I just finished my second NV4500 swap into a Tahoe this time. I'm running a 99 Tahoe with a Vortec 454 and NV4500.

I did a similar setup. I have a 93 GMC sierra 1500 4X2 with a 2004 NV4500 MW3 with Gearvendors under/overdrive. Rear diff swap, 92 2500LD 14 bolt SF 373:1 Detroit Locker 2007 Yukon rims and a 5 to 6 lug conversion on the front. I have a air ride suspension in the works with self leveling in the rear. four wheel anti-lock brake conversion from a 2007 with a hub conversion. For now I have the factory stock 5.7 but can burn tires starting in second and bark them in second over and third. Love the double overdrive. The new power plant in the works is a LQ9 stroked to a 408 with AFR L92 heads Fast 102 cable TB comp street cam Kooks headers. Block is getting upgraded oil galleys and oil pump. Electric fans. Interior is getting upgraded with a digital instrument cluster that monitors all the vitals and also tire pressure MPG's miles to E as well. 2009 electric seats. I already have SS454 mirrors with built in signal leds. the exterior is getting custom front end with a candy colbalt blue paint with Sierra GT on the door in Candy apple red.

Nice pull. Need to stop riding the clutch though.

That rag joint in the steering is pretty easy to change in is $10-15 dollars, it would make that truck drive much better.

was the 5 speed conversation hard to do in your tahoe did you have to get a different wiring harness for the transmission so it would shut off when you made a stop

What clutch pilot bearing did you use

I'd like to know if you did anything with the lower trans bolts? did you fab something? Or just not use them?

Did you have issues getting the dash gauges to work? Most important the speedo......

Bolted right up. Just need the proper flywheel and pilot bushing. Part numbers should be in the thread. Best of luck. :)

i have a 93 nv4500 to put in my ls swapped c10. kinda discouraged after listening to the ratios of those gears:( 1st to second seems fun, i would imagine 3rd to 4th decent too.. that 2nd to 3rd though... way to long

I am getting a horse trailer and I want to be able to go on the interstate how much of a pain do you think is going to be to swap? I found a gas 4x4 nv4500 super cheap they will work in my diesel I do know that..
