Somehow I forgot about the refrigerator, I was sure to put it on the right wall along with the cabinet 😂

Very nice home, Jasper. It is truly all we need at 1131 sq ft. I can take care of this single level home. Where is the refrigerator, please? A master suite with a tub is ideal, shower in the 2nd bathroom, needed as we age and have fall risks is fine. The garage and 2 small foyers are perfect. This one has real possibilities. Thank you!

At over 1,100 square feet this is not even a small house. It is slightly larger than the 3 bedroom house I grew up in. Then again, this two bedroom has more effective corridor space than our old house, even allowing for the stairs.

What an absolutely BEAUTIFUL home!! Very nice layout, however it would be nice to see a few more upper kitchen cabinets and where is the refrigerator located..I don’t believe I saw it anywhere? And just in my own opinion, I thought it would be nicer to put the larger closet in the “master room” rather than the smaller of the two rooms. But both rooms are still so gorgeous. Such a lovely home. I can totally see myself living in this house for sure. 😊

This house checks my boxes - though I would relocate the TV and make the kitchen counter all one level. There's a shortage of upper cabinets, but one of the hall closets could be used for pantry purposes. Overall a good plan!

Agree, nice house but definitely need to relocate the TV…it should be at eye level. Love the fireplace but again ….needs a new place. Also, needs a real coat closet by the front door. It looks cute now but with little space it would get messy really fast…..needs a door!

@@MissBee-lz1tq I fought hard to convince some of these architects to have at least hooks and a bench at the entry. Now you can try to convince them that a closet door would hide the mess.

The designers can't cook. Thèy forgot it. No pantry. No utilities. No door for coats, bedrooms are a bit too large and the kitchen seems like an after thought. Also, as a gardener, I really enjoy having access near the kitchen. I'm not an architect, but I have designed buildings on my farm. I guess I'll have to do it again, and work out the details with the contractor.

There is a lack of upper cabinets. Where that big painting is on the wall I put a hugh refrigerator. I know the range hood is aesthetically pleasing but I've hit my head on them . Therefore I would replace it and put in a convection microwave oven and more upper cabinets.👍👍✅💯😍 Otherwise great job 👏🎉

Dryer needs to be on an exterior wall for ventilation. There is no fridge though there are places to put it.

One thing about Jasper's design s there's never a space for hot water heater. Luckily this plan has a garage.

Jasper, you fell flat on this one. You forgot a refrigerator in the kitchen. Personally, o feel the downside to the house is the garage. Turn that into living space and suddenly uou have space for a proper entrrance hall as well as a really nice kitchen diner.

I’d turn the garage into a nice kitchen with a semi formal eating. Now add the garage onto the others side of the kitchen, 2 car, and add bedrooms and bathrooms for my older children and grandchildren. Definitely needs a back door, maybe a patio off the bedrooms with a garden pond! Jasper, really nice….so many possibilities where just a few tweaks and it’s truly a custom home! Love your work!❤

It’s awesome but I’m confused. It’s very spacious, small kitchen but didn’t see a refrigerator or a place to put it? It’s very beautiful but no fridge. Pretty sure you’ll fix it. Perfect home!

Jasper this is a beautiful little house. Only thing I would change for myself is the cabinet/table. I would just put 1 cabinet next to the dishwasher, and a cabinet above that one, and it would give me more room for more seating at the table and more storage above. I would also put a fridge where the cabinet with the wine is and make the cabinet smaller. This house is warm and cozy and I love the colors you used and I love wallpaper.

Wine fridge but no food fridge? The wine bar is very cute but putting a smaller counter and a full size fridge over there would be better. Otherwise, nice house!

A woman need more storage drawers in the bathroom. My bath is tiny but I had just enough room to sit a small 4 drawer cabinet. Definitely needs a large medicine cabinet. I love this design best with a few minor changes. I would add one long cabinet over the bar in kitchen.

Der Kamin muss weg, und statt den Kamin eine sehr viel hellere Wohnwand, dass dunkle Grau passt nicht ins Wohnkonzept.

In emergency all windows should be egress. There is exit thru the laundry and out the garage.

When do I move in? There are modifications I would make, as my husband and I are seniors with an adult son. Rather than bottom cabinate in the kitchen, we would have drawers-so much easier to get in to. Of course there’d be a good sized fridge. Grocery shopping is low on my list of how I want to spend my senior years. I love the dining/breakfast bar and the extra counter it affords. We love cooking as a family, so prep space is a must. We’d probably add a carport and utilize the existing garage for each of our desks and all of my art and sewing products. We are also gamers, so, yeah, need that kind of space. Two bathrooms? Yes please. We currently live in a little house that is over 100 years old. Not charming, just old. And one 6’x6’ (about 2m x 2m for an idea). I used to think a second bathroom was overkill. Living with 2 adult males has disabused me of such a very silly notion. I see ample ways to incorporate outside spaces to extend living area. I love this house, I want to move in it tomorrow. Lol

Lovely home! This is a cottage worthy of the name! I would add a screened porch somehow/somewhere. Great entryway storage. Upper cabinets and a more traditional oven would help after you sort out the fridge. Great home - would definitely live here.
