I give it a year and you will be juggling that stone.. On linear progression.. 5 pounds each session.. And of course Gallons of milk... treeeennnnn untammmmmmurrreddddd

Hmm.. Do you have a starter's guide to beginning to train your physique to your level? I'm 26Y/O 5'10 weighing in at 220 lbs. Just started training 3 weeks ago I'm a father of 4 and have never been in great shape. I've never lifted in my life prior to now. I've been doing Lat Pulldowns, Chest Presses, Bicep Curls, Shoulder Presses, and Seated Rows. Also 15-20 minutes of intense ARC trainer running. I have seen no change on the scale which I assume is a good thing. I have no extra money to pay a personal trainer.
