I took your crash course soon after I was diagnosed, and it did make me feel much more confident, so thank you, Tayler!

I've been dealing with Celiac for 16 years and I had to have a gluten-free environment including only my stove is used for cooking gluten-free food also my refrigerator gluten-free food I do not allow any gluten in my home I stopped eating in restaurants over a year ago because of cross-contamination and constantly getting sick it's best to eat home and make your own food I think it's wonderful that you're sharing the information to help people with celiac disease

I got a celiac diagnosis two days ago and oh boy has it been a whirlwind since then. I'm currently juggling taking care of my (gluten eating) grandma and also trying to learn what is safe for me to eat. I found you through the interview you did with "Robyn's gluten free living", and oh man am I glad that I clicked through to check out this channel. I just spent the last couple hours watching all of the videos you've put up, and it has truly been such a relief to find someone so knowledgeable and understanding. I can't count the number of times you addressed something that spoke so directly to me, whether it be reassurances or common concerns. I've already signed up to get the free label reading course (going to the grocery store tomorrow), but I'm absolutely planning on purchasing the crash course youve made as well. From what you and others have said about it, it really seems like the exact perfect thing that I need right now, and I cannot wait to get it. Thank you so much for everything you do! You're truly a lifesaver

@@celiacnutrition Just wanted to give an update, I successfully completed my first grocery store trip Post Diagnosis! 🥳 Your label reading class was absolutely instrumental in making sure things went as smoothly as possible, I felt so much more comfortable finding food that felt safe to me! I definitely stocked up on a bunch of Gluten Free Certified ready meals, but thanks to you I didn't feel like that was my ONLY choice. I also made my first call to a manufacturer to ask about an ingredient (it was a "natural flavors" situation)! The label reading videos were so helpful and succinct, I'm definitely going to tell my friends/family to check them out so they'll know what to look out for if they're cooking smth for/with me. I hope you don't mind sporadic updates in this comment thread, I'm just so excited to be getting the hang of things (which is due so much to you)!
