Just got a 2012 USA 6505+ and I love it so much. Such a beast of an amp. Didn’t know Machine Head used the green channel boosted, gonna have to try that out

Keep in mind Machine Head uses a Marshall 412 with Greenbacks as well

I have the 6505 combo+ and love it. The shitfield had to go. Slapped a v-30 in there and walla all the juicy tone a metal head could ask for. Affordable and heavy.

The Vintage 30 makes such a difference over the “shitfield”! I’m sure it made it feel like a new amplifier!

This was the metal amp of the 2000's. it has that American metal core sound.

I haven’t but I would love to get my hands on one to try! The EVH EL34 is my favorite flavor of high gain but I need to try the Peavey!

It's a clean head, simple but fire design. love the chicken head knobs. How is the headroom when you're all patched up? Great vid man.🤘🤘🤘

It's got more headroom than anyone could ever need. You can drown a drummer out with this beast. Seriously, on 2, it'll hurt your ears.

I did some research and it looks like they were made here in SLC for a year or two before going out of business in 2010. $1,799 for the head.............There is a head and 212 in town that just popped up locally for a pretty cheap price. I'm tempted to grab it.
