The U/ at the beggining means that the cartridge holder is built inside the box, so the second manual is wrong. It should start with D

Could a second print box come with a black ersb cartridge?

The second print manual should start with DMG only as those only came with Y fold. The U/DMG is for the double ended box style. Also like someone else said, if you want to get technical, the first print has 3 different style interior layouts. The one you have, the flap style on top and the flap style on the bottom.

Pretty sure I’ve seen two different variants of the first box with no y fold. One where the game is stored at the top of the box and one where you have to open the bottom of the box to take out the game … cool videos though you have a great collection
