Love the projects !! The purple dress is lovely and there really is something so magical about sleeping in lovely lounge wear. Also-- I must have missed a video on your black floral rifle paper company dress you wore on day 2!!! I simply adore the pattern... Makes me want to go hunt and find it !

The dress turned out beautiful, the fabric is gorgeous. I think the clear buttons are the perfect choice. The sweater is so pretty that I would not want anything to overpower it.

Loved this little window into your world Lauren : ) also really loved all the projects. That lilac fabric is divine and made the Hazel such a great make. I vote for the clear buttons on the sweater - love the other ones, but feel they’re a bit heavy looking. Thanks for taking us along on the crafting adventure :)

Binge watching your videos because I just found your channel and WOW I love the fabric you used for the Hazel dress! It looks incredibly comfortable and the way you styled it with the denim jacket is so cute! The loungewear patterns look so comfortable.. anything that isn't cotton or linen scares me but I'm inspired to make some summer loungewear now! Also the blue color you used is gorgeous and looks great on you!

The cardigan is so soft, lacey and feminine, The crystal buttons would compete with the beauty of your hand work and the cardigan speaks for itself in a beautiful way. I love your Hazel dress! Do you think it would be difficult to alter the pattern to make the straps a little thicker? I agree with you, the clear buttons look best on your cardigan! It will be cool to see the Hazel dress and completed cardigan paired together☺️

Thank you so much Megan! I don't think it would be difficult to alter the straps, you might just need to play with the placement a bit. If I were to make them thicker, I might change the armhole of the bodice to not cut in as much so that the straps didn't run into my neck. And I'm glad you agree on the buttons! I can't wait to finish the cardigan! 💗

Thank you so much Luz! I made that one with the Deer & Doe Myosotis Dress, and just altered it to have elasticated sleeves and a little tie at the neckline! 💗

I really like your finished garments, they look really professional :) do you work with notches? Because I noticed no noticeable notches on your pieces. I watched your video on how you've been sewing since you were little, I wish I had learned since I was young but I only picked it up a year ago.. I hope to be as good as you one day. I would love if you could make a more in depth sewing tips and skills video because you're a really talented seamstress 🙂

Thank you so much Kay! I do use notches, but I usually just cut a tiny slit in the fabric to mark them (no reason other than that's how my mom did it!) They often don't show up on camera! I definitely want to include some more in depth videos in the future, so thank you for letting me know you're interested in that! 💗

Love the dress! I was wondering-was there a reason you did both the lining and the facing for the top?

Thank you Sarah! I did an interlining, so still had raw edges at the neck edge. The interlining is layered with each individual bodice piece, and then the pieces are treated as one so that none of the seams are visible through the sheer fabric. 💜
