today I'll be taking you with me to school and showing you what a day in my life looks like as a diploma-level culinary arts student in Malta.

i work in an upscale restaurant with chefs who have worked in two star michelin restaurants. those two chefs practically live there (10+ hour days)-- i hope younger generations change the industry and that includes better work / life balance. good luck to you i can't wait to get out

how do you know if you have a passion or if its just an interest? I mean sometimes I want to live my life based off of food and just learning about it and other times I'm not, and if I'm not, how do I know what my career should be? I'm 16 and I want to go into culinary but how do I know I'm not wasting my money? my two options for my career path are both mentally challenging and I'm not ready for either but its the only thing I'm interested in( culinary or medical school)

you aren’t too old :) the majority are young because they start right after they finish from secondary school, i’ve had people in my class who were over 30 years old

@@marrssy Yes dude...btw..so sad 😭 I lost my job as chef due to this covid...my hotel closed.. financial problem..after 15 years service..my suggestion to you, continue your study until master or PhD and get job as lecturer at the university.its better ..
