Thanks for taking time to create these videos. I went from many years of mentoring and teaching other agents to transferring brokerage and being a principal agent solo. I feel like I’m a new agent and need refresher courses in the realtor basics. I’ve binged watched your two channels and feeling very confident.

Great content, thank you! I'm just beginning my career as a new real estate agent and one of the biggest questions I have is how to structure my day. I see you try and take Sundays off...would you say, for brand new agents, is it more important to schedule time off during the week (to prevent burnout) or work all seven days to try and get as much business as possible to start?

Don't overthink it. You can take Fri-Sun off if you want, as long as you did enough lead gen each day. Legitimate lead gen for 2-4 hours a day is the only box you need to check off in order to rest easy at night. Your next challenge after that will be continuing to lead gen once your busy with actual transactions. Thats when you start to introduce leverage (transaction coordinator, showing assistant, etc)
