Do real estate agents make a lot im LA/California? Does it help if you have a youtube channel?

Having a RU-vid channel doesn’t really matter. People will make as much money equivalent to the amount of work they put in. The average realtor only sells 4-5 homes in a year. The commissions are higher than in order states since the price points are high as well..but as an agent you still have to put in the work to get deals

Hi, Loida I am taking my test in about 2 weeks and studying like crazy. I love watching your videos because it makes me so excited and motivated. Studying makes me doubt myself just due to all the rules and laws and its scary. Do you think having a partner is more beneficial, to me it seems like it. How did you go about getting him to help you out and how did you guys decide to work together. Ive been reaching out to some agents in my area I have 1 that said she is happy to help me out.

@@chanelb7895 Um no its actually been a mess to be honest. I'm almost a year in and Ive experienced a mentor who tried to take my commissions, just being flat out used and then walked out on. I love the job but honestly Do not know if I want to continue. I feel like I have come across more bad then good and helpful.. My first brokerage was kind of an investment wholesale company and I did not agree with their business model. My brokerage now is great however out of all the mentors I get one that for the past 7 months offered no assistance and when I did need help wanted to take my transactions. I have been working rentals and have had okay luck with that.
