This is "The Final Shapes" opening cutscene. This plays after the Recap cutscene and mainly focuses on what the Witness is capable of turning the entire city into a nightmare. It also shows off Keith David's first lines as Zavala and shows both Ikora and Zavala as they initiate "Operation Ahamkara"
