Kevin Shen Homeless people or whoever lives in a car/van/RV in Silicon Valley. Or ask people who work for giant tech companies- “Are you happy? If not, why do you stick to where you are?” Or the experiment-“What if we delete Facebook, Instagram...social media, what will our life be?” I’m happy to collaborate, I’m in the SF Bay Area.

Excellent video, interview, and takeaways. I always enjoy these deeper meaning videos when you make them, Kevin. I made a video about how loneliness is often the product of having too many friends so your message in this video was on point for me. The Dunbar study and resultant numbers are also fascinating.

As always, great job man. I can relate to your problems. I feel similar, in the sense that I want to help all people and be friends with everyone. But after all, I still lack real-life connections with those friends whom I already know for years.

Your videos just got so good and thoughtful (in every aspect)! fun fact about the primate comparsion and brain size relation on social connections: orangutans seem to be an exception here, they are incredible intelligent but mainly solitary ...not sure why I mention this.
