Love this video! Thanks for these tips. I notice that you didn't mention camera quality. I go between my MacBook built-in camera and Logitec webcam - I'm not thrilled with either (but it may be faulty lighting set up). To look "good" does one need to bump up to a DSLR? If so is there one you would recommend? Thanks again for the incredible content that you share!
I am 45 now, I have spent 20 years alone by myself, with myself I find my voice gets krackly after months of not talking, so I talk to my plants 🪴 , I don’t feel I’m missing very much. lol just wish I could live up on a mountain above the clouds. ☁ in a nice cabin . But I realize why bother, simply live in this moment and enjoy it.
I've been lonely ever since covid. I was a quarantine worker and i spent 2 years doing 12 hour shifts all alone in empty, airless, windowless hotel hallways, with nobody around to talk to. The loneliness messed me up, and now 4 years later i still struggle with it

Loneliness is one of the most painful feelings you could ever experience especially as a man, you try to make friends,they drift away, you try to talk to girls and it's not the rejection but the manner in which they reject you.

Guess I'll die. Jokes aside I've been pretty isolated for nearly ten years now. Missed my golden years for friendship because of covid and I was homeschooled beforehand. I've never had friends before and I have no hope. I'm tired no matter how much I sleep and simple things like weeding the garden makes me fall asleep like I've done a lot more than that. I've also been really struggling with my health mentally and physically. And i cant get social until my physical health improves so it's just sucky. Very sucky.
I agree 50%. The other 50% is introverts. Extroverts and introverts have deeply different needs, and I’ve the impression that loneliness is causing far more damage to the extroverts.
Kevin. Love your videos BUT it’s sort of the same video 100 times. I’ve taken your advice for my own channel. But we need some other ideas besides ‘clear the background, throw a hi light behind the head, paint it dark blue, add some incandescent light bulbs and a couple of fake plants. #loveyourwork
I’ve been with my boyfriend for 3 years and the entire relationship he has been a drunk always leaving me alone and turning off his phone and doesn’t want me to work, school or go out anywhere including afternoon walks and I can’t have a social life not even with my own family and staring at the ceiling all day and night while he is somewhere getting drunk with who knows is making me crazy he says I’m too emotional for that but I think he is making me lonely and it’s so painful. He’s also verbally abusive and can hit me so I get scared to disobey him
