So after using this mouse for the past 2 weeks, I really like it. Buyer beware: IT IS A HUGE MOUSE. Works for me because I have larger hands but it is pretty much double the size of the Razer Lancehead.
exactly what I needed to hear, thanks! :) I'm currently using the Lancehead, buying the Naga Trinity tonight. I always thought the Lancehead was a little small, especially for my big hands. Bought it solely for the RGB stripes lol
i just brought a mamba chroma tournament mouse... then seen this.... if they made a chroma version (yes im razer chroma family fanboy xD) id buy one in no time
I have this mouse. I love the tactile feel of the scroll wheel. Also the cable is incredibly good. No drag at all. Makes it feel almost wireless. I love this mouse.
Only found out about this mouse 3 days ago and I went out a got one. Set profiles up for game, video editing, Fusion360, Word and AutoCAD.... WHERE HAS THIS THING BEEN ALL MY LIFE
Own this mouse. Had to get a new one it started doing this thing in wow where I'd be holding down the left mouse button and drag my mouse in attempt to move the camera and it wouldn't work. Then in windows desktop it seemed to slowly get worse to were one sing click would double click everything. I bought a corsair scimitar elite and the build quality seems light years over the naga trinity. Also the software was much easier to program.
definitely gave a like , great review , if it wasnt for me buying the chroma mamba i probably would have went with this mouse . however if you love the chroma look & family youll love the mamba chroma paired with the blackwidow V2 & hardcase chroma mouse mat
I'm thinking I might get this in a few months, I'm currently used to a Naga v2 but that's having issues (laser turning off randomly for several seconds before it turns itself back on) but there have been times when I've thought that more buttons might be useful (especially in certain MMOs) so this would give me a chance to try the 12 key thumb and if I don't like it or a different game becomes too awkward with it then I'll be able to easily switch back. Not sure if I'd use the 2 key side though, but who knows.
The mouse is great, a bit too big but my biggest con are the left and right klick. If you press them all the way at the end of the mouse, there is a mushy feeling travel distance until you really feel the *klick*. Maybe this is normal for razer mice, but coming from a Logitech G502 there is a serious noticable difference when klicking those two main buttons.
Man that isn't really tough, but Is the Trinity Naga better than the Deathadder Elite? Esports pros have chosen the Elite as the most dominant mouse for the past few years. I seriously love the idea of the Trinity. I play League of Legends, Hearthstone, and Fortnite as well. So I think the Trinity would benefit me more.
You forgot to say the 12 side buttons are so limp you can no longer reposition the mouse without accidentally clicking them, then the Synapse software does not allow one to map events or macros on the release of a button, only on a button press, plus Razer does not have a couple of features that the competition has: Lua scripting support and a dedicated modifier key on the mouse under the ring finger. You said there is a pad for resting the ring finger ? So why can't there be a button there ?
I play competitive games with this for my hands are quite large compared to even older people but it’s all about preference my thumb can easily navigate the mouse buttons, but I do understand how some people are just better with using the keyboard for games like the ones I play
The reason I love naga and always did is ring finger rest and MMO buttons which I adapted to so much that I use them for everything. Now it has a 5g optical sensor meaning all past tracking issues are solved. In addition the cloth cable is the most thinnest and the most flexible out of any razer products (along with lancehead) and is top quality on the market. Pretty much feels like wireless. Logitech's thick, heavy, hard and poorly weaved cords are a joke compared to it. However if you're thinking wireless go for logitech g403. Logitech has the best wireless mice, and it is rechargeable meaning you don't need to buy batteries and it has advanced "light speed" sensors as they call them, meaning they have faster latency then some wired mice. It's ergonomics ans size is also close to that of deathadder and might be even more comfortable according to many reviews. So in the end it depends on what you want.
Wait so the two buttons below the scroll wheel? Can only be used to change dpi settings? Or csn it also be used to game as well. I am confused. Can someone help me out ?
