Thanks for a really useful review. How is the sizing? Snug or generous? I'm 180cm, slim build and would normally take a size M, but I'm also aware there's a lot of variety between brands.

Hi, We are so glad you found the video helpful! I wouldn't say its Snug but not oversized either but pretty true to size. I take a M in everything and found the M fit me perfectly for this jacket! Its not a technical fit so does offer more room around the hips and arms

Nice review! How does this compare to the Montane Flux for warmth? Does the 60g gold primaloft feel noticeably different to the Fluxes 100g silver primaloft over the core?

Thank you! The Montane Flux would be slightly warmer and would also regulate your temperature better due to the lack of w waterproof lining. However, the Duality offers much better weatherproofing thanks to the gore-tex lining, it is a great one-and-done layer.

I suppose winter can be different depending where you are and what layers you are wearing. Warm enough for UK winters in the South West of England definitely, warm enough for Winters in northern Sweden, maybe not, unless you are wearing suitable layers.
