Sprouted wheat is a veritable treasure trove of vitamins and nutrients that keep your body and mind healthy. And a sprouted wheat smoothie is a real boost of energy and nutrients for your body.
This method of sprouting wheat is the easiest and fastest of all the ways I know. So, I wanted to share it with you on my RU-vid channel. Also, I wanted to show you how easy and simple it is to make a mega healthy and delicious smoothie with it.
Try it for yourself, and something tells me that this way of sprouting wheat will become your favorite too! And making a smoothie from sprouted grains will become your daily ritual!
Wheat cooking process:
Ingredients:
Wheat 200 gr
Water 100 ml
Day 1 - Soaking wheat in water for 24 hours.
Pour 200 grams of quality wheat into a plastic container.
Pour cold water over the wheat and rinse it well several times.
Only grains that have settled to the bottom are suitable for germination. Remove any grains that have floated to the bottom.
Pour the wheat with cold water in the ratio of 1:2.
And leave for 24 hours in a dark place with a loose lid.
Day 2 - germination of wheat.
We took out the wheat. The liquid has acquired a slightly dark color and a specific smell.
So we drain this water, after which we rinse the wheat well again several times.We remove the floating grains.
We drain all the water and proceed to germination - we leave the wheat for 24 hours in a dark place with a loose lid, but without water.
Day 3 - The wheat has germinated and is ready for use.
Sprouted wheat is washed well (several times) so that there is no specific odor and no dirt.
The wheat has sprouted and is ready for use!
The process of making a smoothie:
Ingredients:
Wheat 200 gr
Water 100 ml
Pear 1 pc.
Put the germinated wheat in the blender.
Add water.
Cut the pear into pieces and add to the blender.
Turn the blender to smoothie mode.
The smoothie is ready. Enjoy!
Note:
The grain must be of good quality, it must not be stale, deformed, over-dried or have stains.
Once your wheat has sprouted, it should be rinsed and put in the refrigerator or made into a smoothie or otherwise consumed.
