Instagram- AdamTheWooATW Spending some time with my parents and sisters family while we are all in the Salt Lake City area so the type of content might be a little different but gonna keep plugging away at daily vlogs .
Awesome video Adam your vlogs just keep getting better and better. I'm happy you get to spend time with your family while you're filming your parents are awesome.
I always LOVE videos with your Mom and Dad. How sweet seeing them holding hands and they're wearing matching t-shirts. Enjoy the precious time with your family.
Lived here in Utah for 22 years and never knew this tour was a thing. I may have to go do this. Lol. My grandpa managed that train station back in the day before he was transferred to the station in Los Angeles. The cathedral is so beautiful inside and out!
It's insane to see a man I've watched on RU-vid over the years, to actually be walking on the streets I've been to so many times 😯 Fortunately the weather was nice for you guys! There's a butterfly exhibit in Salt Lake City that is free admission; if you're still in the area. 👍
That tour was well worth the money, a surprisingly professional, theatrical "production" with the energy of a first time performance. Other tours could learn from this.
So bizarre to watch Mr. Adam the Woo enter the exact Crown Burger I frequented many a time for lunch when I attended West High School directly across the street in the mid 90’s. Love SLC. Beautiful place.
I watch RU-vid on my tv but got on my phone just to let you know that ❣️I LOVE your parents and relationship with them ❣️ my mom is 85 & thank God I still have her! Ty for sharing your family with us. Your dad is super cool , smart & funny. I see where you get your sense of humour. They rock👍🏻👍🏻
That trolley tour looked really fun. 😀She was very animated and funny. I love those kinda tours. Those kinda people make tours fun while teaching something in a comical way. I didn’t know the Main Street train station was modeled after the train station there. How cool! I can definitely see the resemblance. I love the Coca Cola money meter on that trolley. That cathedral is absolutely beautiful.
So different than the west coast cities like Seattle and Portland and all points south. Looks like a much safer city downtown, a city like all cities used to be.
Fry sauce 😋 Mayonnaise, ketchup , salt & a splash of dill pickle juice. Is how my family always made it. You can also add some BBQ sauce. I loved this vlog !!! Thanks for sharing.
I spent a lot of my childhood in Utah. Even went to some of my grades in high school in Provo. In the cafeteria they had an extruder that smooshed out mashed potatoes into hot oil and called them french fries LOL But wow I miss them and fry sauce. I wonder if they still do that! At home I'm lazy and just mix up ketchup and mayo and leave out the pickle juice.
Glad you're spending time with family! OMG, the trolley driver & lady tour guide were so enthusiastic & funny! I enjoyed them and would definitely get on their trolley if I ever visit Utah! So happy to see your parents and your videos become even more special with your family in them.💕
The pastrami burger, fries, and rings with a large drink, always filled me up for the better part of the day. I live on the other side of the planet now, and how I miss the hamburger joints, the sandwich shops and the buffets.
For those who are interested: fry sauce is equal parts ketchup and mayonnaise mixed together. Some people and restaurants add different seasonings to their fry sauce to add a little something extra to it. Some examples of extra seasonings are: a little BBQ sauce, seasoning salt, or hot sauce. It is quite delicious on frys, onion rings, or deep fried cheese curds.
Love all your videos, but especially appreciate and enjoy the ones with your Mom and Dad. Really fun tour and beautiful sights of SLC. What a great vlog!
WONDERFUL video Adam 🥰. It’s always a joy to see your parents. It’s easy to see how great a relationship you have and it’s very heartwarming ❤️. Please tell them thank you for sharing their time with us and God Bless.
When the streets were planned using the grid system, the standard for the distance between the buildings was that a team of oxen had to be able to be turned around for the width to be acceptable. The planners tested it and measured it and that’s how come our streets are so wide. Because of that original standard our streets were wide enough to accommodate the light rail installed just before 2012 without significant retrofitting.
I have lived here my whole life! I even learned some things I either never knew or don’t remember hearing about! I LOVE the train station connection with Disneyland!
My wife and I stayed overnight in SLC when traveling from Yellowstone National Park to Los Angeles several years ago. Always great to see your Mom and Dad in your videos Adam. Can't wait to see where you head next.
This must be the week with the parents you are hanging with, your mom and dad, might be for a few days with your parents. Glade they came along with you on this vlog. Thank you for sharing. It's good to see them my dad died last year in June 8, he was 83 my mom died in 2014 in December she was 76. Injoy the time you have with them like you hear that all the time but it's true. Thanks again for sharing.👍👍🙂
loved the trolley tour and i thought the 2 tour guides were great , they made it fun and interesting , really well done and thank you Adam and your mom and dad :)
That trolley tour looked very entertaining and educational. I loved that cathedral, very beautiful. I haven't been out west in forever, so this would be something I think I would enjoy.
Love this video spending time with family priceless 🥰 the tour was awesome they did such a good job one this. Very informative I definitely love to go on this tour. It’s beautiful there as well wow 😮
Really amazing entertainers on that trolley tour. They really have to spin themselves up every day to stay so enthusiastic. I'll have to get out there sometime and take the tour. 😁
This was a great video! Awesome to go on this adventure with you. I only lived there for 2 months but agree the majestic views of the snow capped mountains are awesome!
Loved seeing a little bit of Salt Lake City again !! My Dad was from there. What a fun tour...but the best part was the deadpan look from you and your Mom !! Just about pee'd my pants !! So nice to see you enjoying time with your parents.
That was a fun Trolly tour! I love how animated the hosts were it made it more exciting and engaging. I have never been to Salt Lake City and did not know a lot of the history, just that its a Mormon city. I did not know about the gold and silver mining. That is cool they gave you the snacks of Cracker Jacks and a Cpca Cola in the bottle how classic is that! That Cathedral was beautiful! Lots of beautiful architecture in Salt Lake City. Thanks for the fun vlog!!
It's absolutely Great to see you and your lovely parent's! Thank You for sharing your family and All the history with us. God Bless you. STAY SAFE. Sending Hugs from Tammy in PA
What a really nice day this turned out to be! So good to see your parents! The Trolley Tour was neat! OMG those red shoes the driver had on were cool! The food looked delicious! The scenery is beautiful in Utah. Enjoy the rest of your weekend Adam.
Welcome to my home town/state. Yes, the State Seal has a beehive depicting the industry of the bees in the hive also the state was known as Deseret. The word deseret means “honeybee.”1 The honeybee is a common symbol of hard work, productivity, and self-reliance. In fact, honeybees are so efficient that they usually make two to three times more honey than they need to survive.Aug 16, 2018 Great job and hope you enjoy Utah. At Crown Burgers, did you get the Onion Rings with Fry Sauce? That's totally a Utah thing!
I'm also from Utah. I'd be disappointed if the fry sauce just tasted like Thousand Island dressing. Fry sauce is SO GOOD, but not if it's just going to taste like salad dressing.
Hey Adam I really like all your videos but this one the tour guides were a little too cheesy for me but I do like going on blogs with you LOL and I have to ask was your dad a history teacher holy jumping
I went to SLC with my dad in 2018 we had a good time. All that temple square construction wasn't there. We didn't do this tour, but glad you posted this for us to watch!
