New sub here...Happy for you Sis. I had my surgery in 2019 and started Mounjaro last year. Total weight lost - 112 pounds. Currently at 128. Didn't plan on getting down this much, but not complaining. I am planning on getting a mommy makeover in November.

Congratulations! I had VSG in April 2021 and lost over 120lbs as well. I totally understand how you feel with your apron. I had a FDL tummy tuck in April 2023 and when I tell you it has made a world of difference. Removing the excess skin has made a world of difference in how I feel and how I view my weight loss.

You look beautiful and are so inspiring. Be careful with laxatives. They dehydrate your bowels and made your body dependent on them as well. Magnesium is the best get gylconate or citrate but do that in the morning and if you need more to go take more.

You look really fabulous with short hair! Congrats on getting under 200lbs! Can you do an upload on how are you feeling about Mounjaro? Like do you plan on staying on it forever? Is there a way to get off and keep your results? My dr has been recommending it but I don't want to start it and then never be able to get off.

Hey Kelsi, it's Sharon, aka, Marcie. i! Congratulations on your onderland achievement!! I'm so proud of you and happy for you. I dont know if you remember me, but you mailed me the electrolytes liquid IV and the calcium chews many years ago. Well guess what? I've finally gotten vsg surgery in February of this year (2024).
