You look amazing! Glad you're back on your vitamins. I just wanted to say I had gastric bypass in 2004 and I've never taken bariatric vitamins I've always taken one centrum a day and my labs are always perfect. I have been very consistent on taking them.

I really needed to see this thank you for sharing. I'm experiencing hair loss but I expected it. I'm not taking vitamins consistently but better than my normal. I hate taking pills so it's always been a challenge for me. But I consistently try over. But baby when I tell you I took my brain out yesterday my edges and middle area is missing I wanted to cry. I just started growing my hair in August and put in braids to not cut my 3 inch hair. I'm only 5 months post op......it was clearly a bad idea. I'm going to try and do some natural 2 strand twist to cover it up.... wish me luck.

Thanks same thing happened to me i was year out just got tired of the protein shakes and vitamins and waiting 2 hrs to take my calcium chews i had the bypass and now struggle with my edges and getting my hair to grow i have/had super thick hair
