Frittata bagel: 532 kcal (48g C, 19.3g F, 40.8g P)
1 bagel
1 egg
1 egg white
2 low fat pork sausages
Spinach
10g low fat cheese
Protein porridge: 416 kcal (51.8g C, 8.4g F, 31.5g P)
60g oats
1 scoop of vanilla fit pro whey
1 banana
1 tsp biscoff
Frozen blueberries
Banoffee weetabix: 321 kcal (50g C, 4g F, 25g P)
2 weetabix
30ml skimmed milk
1 banana
1 caramel protein pudding
Low fat whipped cream
Cookie & cream overnight weetabix: 496 kcal (62.8g C, 9.3g F, 38.6g P)
60g oats
60g low fat yogurt
1 scoop womens best fit pro whey
100ml skimmed milk
2 Oreos
Egg in a hole bagel: 355 kcal (40.2g C, 7.8g F, 30g P)
1 egg
2 rashers of turkey bacon
10g cheese
1 bagel

SAME! I do this for about 4 months, then I get bored and start eating something else for breakfast and eat the same thing for months. Weird? NOOOO!! Right now it is a protein pancake topped with almond butter, flax seed, cacao nibs, and a little granola. It is so filling and full of fiber and protein. Sometimes, I make it blue by adding Anima Mundi's Butterfly Pea Flower powder. Prettiest pancake ever!

Im trying to be healthier with my food and only working out such as walking and sometimes going on my exercise bike and always unsure about protein powder? Is it only for if you work out properly such as gym? I thought id gain weight from it

Well done!! Noo everyone needs protein. You won’t gain weight, only from eating in a calorie surplus.

Hey Ellie, could I ask, if your trying to increase your metabolism after several years of not eating enough calories, (adapted metabolism), along with high protein, does the ration of carbs and fats matter for physique? (Trying to lose some body fat caused from slowed metabolism) Also re the body fat I want to lose; by slowly increasing calories, would this help my body to stop holding onto the body fat because it would see it’s not ‘threatened’ if that makes sense? Thanks if you could help xx

No carbs/fats are just personal preference :) As long as the cals are right and you are hitting the protein, it's fine! Getting your cals up will give you more energy to burn!
