good morning Alex!! I'm betting that DOT never questions your load securement. You take great care of your customer's shipments and do a very neat, clean job doing it!! Bravo Sir!!
@@Mr.AlexKogan I think it just might be because they can tell that your truck & trailer are well maintained and again your shipments are always well secured and neat.
Good morning man love how everything is always so neatly done I hate when people just throw the ends of the straps everywhere and not neatly rolled up good work
Nice load, I should be pulling out tomorrow. I have to pick up where I left off in Oklahoma, then shoot up to Wisconsin to deliver. Thank goodness I got everything finished yesterday, the weather has changed. It's cloudy and threatening to rain, supposed to be 90% tomorrow. Did you hear about the latest crisis in America? Donut shops are going out of business, perhaps you should reconsider your decision to cut back... Lol Stay safe out there, I'll give you an update on the new & improved RAM as soon as I take the first test flight.
David happy to hear you got everything taken care of on the truck. That’s definitely good news and hope the test flight will be as expected. Safe travels and be safe. 😁👍🏻
If you ever want to create a team or add another driver to your company....it would be a pleasure to work for you....I'm out on California..but don't mind traveling on the road and working for a great guy like yourself.....I got a clean DMV record and no tickets and no accidents and a class a licence.....it would be awesome to work for someone like yourself and to learn the trade from a expert........be safe brother.... happy traveling.... Johnny a
another awesome video. it's satisfying seeing the straps even and the loads fully secured. but man i dont know why but when the dude sent nails through the wood to chock the wheels i would have been like "Nah, dont do that. it'll be fine."
I actually asked him to do that. They weren’t thick nails. I hate using straps on things that can roll so I’d rather have the extra securement. They didn’t allow to use chains which I would much rather have used.
Hello Alex....I enjoy your channel..... awesome job ....I like how you do your straps when your folding them up into the side ..how you .....I'm going to start doing it like that...looks uniformed ....
i want to get into hotshot trucking im only 24 i have a dodge ram 3500 dually limited bought it at age of 22 save all my money while i was working with my dad in landscaping with only 16,800 miles on it! And i wanna make a difference in my life i love towing but i dont have a cdl yet. I enjoy watching ur videos everytime you post! and we both have the same color granite silver night edtion! such a beautiful truck i wish i can in ur shoes if only i had a cdl!
Nice videos! Just wondering....do you ever wear a hardhat, steel toed boots, safety glasses, and a safety vest? Out of the videos I've watched you never have any of that on. When I was pulling flatbeds pretty much every place I went required ppe 🤷♂ I like your hotshot setup, thinking about getting something similar myself. 👍
@@larrymcintire9848 thank you. I do wear a hard hat, vest and glasses from time to time but rarely. Guess I get lucky with not having to. My latest video I have it on. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HQa6EeNMHXM.htmlsi=P9YsVeyYGgUmca_J
Hey man, potential hot shot driver here… first off I definitely enjoy your videos, they are highly informative. I do have a question though. When you get a pickup from dispatch, how do you get the delivery papers? Do you have a printer in your truck or what? Thanks again and keep up the great work
When you pick up the load the shipper will give you the paperwork. Sometimes they will not have it then you’ll ask your dispatcher to make you a BOL and print it out at the Truckstop.
OK--that is good, but how do you send the signed recepts at the end of the week to where ever they go-so you can get paid? I never see you mail or Fed Ex anything? just wondering--that is part of the business too.@@Mr.AlexKogan
Yes sir... happy traveling and be safe brother.....do they always place the dunnage for you or do you got to do it yourself..to protect your trailer floor....... thank you sir
Thank you! The shipper usually provides dunnage but there are those rare occasions where you have to bring your own but the broker will let you know ahead. Only happened once to me in 3 years.
@@Mr.AlexKogan thank you Alex..may god bless you and prosper your business and family..and protect you and your family wherever you go..have a great day Sir
Damn $6600? That's what i make in a month right now. Tryna stay patient, get my financial ducks in a row. Along with some CDL experience through Pepsi since theyll foot the bill 😉then I'll get a set up on the road.
I’m in search of a solid dispatcher , any chance you could share that info on here , not trying to step on any toes by any means , just most I hear from only wanna give .75 cents to 80 per mile if that these days
Hey Alex, why were the rates on those two partials were so good? I'm not questioning your integrity, just curious because everything I see on the load board is so cheap.
