Also Mike thank you for the shout out brother I really appreciate your kind words my friend 👍👍.. We will do another video this weekend.. I'm so glad you are doing better praise God! Take care my friend be seeing you this weekend 👍😁😁😁😁
Hello Mike! ..another great italian pipe! I really love to see, that you still enjoy the purchasing of such nice pipes...and that you allreday found a couple of nice baccys to chooche on!...LOL Take good care, my friend! Be well!! Mark
Hello Mark! I thought, because of the filters system, I would by a Savinelli Pipe. I wish some of the artisan pipe makers would make a pipe with a filter, but I do believe that most people would rather not use a filter. Anyways...I sent you a package my friend! Be well...
Hello Mike! Yeah. I understand...but the Savinelli looks great anyway...sometimes I buy pipes without filter and just send it to the stem maker. He normally just converts it into 9mm system without many problems (or a new stem..)...and...welll...all the important artisan pipe makers, produce pipes with 9mm filters...at least, all of them, who don't produce just for local markets...Viprati, Mastro de paja, Ser Jacopo, (nearly) all the danish craftmen, all the german pipe makers (like Winslow, Knudson, Joura) etc...but I agree, it's difficult, to get them with filter system in the US...but I think, if you ask, there won't be a problem with sending you a "german-market" version...and you don't even have to use the filter in a filter pipe...if you don't want...there is a "reducer tool", to put into the filter chamber...then it's like a non-filter pipe again... Many thanks, my friend for your E-mail...and for sending a package! I'll let you know, when it finds me! And let me know, if You need anything! Take care! And be well! Mark
Glad to hear you strong and thanks for the info on tobaccos. Presbyterian is one of my favourite too. I always smoke filter pipes and the relief i feel when replacing the yellowish filter is always great.
I'm glad you're dong well. I like that Savinelli too. I just bought an estate Savinelli in a very similar shape. Its a vintage from the 50's. It seems to be drilled well. Like you said, they drilled down and then drilled at an angle.
MIKE! GREAT TO SEE YOU BROTHER! Glad you found a few blends you can smoke.. Love that pipe I have a Sav that is very similar to it... Peterson and Savinelli my top choice.. Take care will see you this weekend... Oh and SPIDER BITE 😨😨😨😵.. I CAN'T EVEN THINK ABOUT THAT! 😨

My father (Italian) had an old military jeep that he called "Chooch!" The term is derived from the Italian word "ciuccio" and means jackass, dummy, idiot, or moron. A chooch is a person, who against better judgement, acts inappropriately. --- Oh well, that makes it even better? Glad your finding some good lo nic blends. Take care.
Well I guess I don't want to be a "Chooch", or maybe it's too late LOL. But when used as a verb...."Choochin", at least in the south, it means smoking your pipe haha! Be well Gabe!
Well Mike ya must be doin' better seein' as how ya got yourself a new pipe. Especially after you said that you were gonna be gettin' rid of a lot of your pipes. Glad to hear it pal.
I got rid of many pipes, but because savinelli uses a filter, I thought it would be better to smoke one. Trying to find other filter pipes I would enjoy.
I have a couple of Savinelli's and they are good pipes, well worth owning and enjoying, but IMHO the filters restrict the flow. Just a matter of personal choice there and I truly understand your reasons for going the filtered path. Wish you many more years of smoking enjoyment.
