This house became a Medical centre before being sold to a developer. It is completely untouched and we were lucky enough to experience it!

Looks as if you could just move in... Shame it's due to be demolished, what a waste! Looks like the copper thieves managed to get the taps and fittings. At least they didn't do more damage. Brilliant video!

Hi Matt, Great to see you doing explores again. Looks like the sink fittings were pinched for their scrap values, quick & easy to remove and at $8+ per kilo the weight value adds up really fast.

Thanks Tim! Yeah the fittings are generally removed by the developers either to use at other sites or for scrap value! Upcoming videos have the same issue!

Panda Explores I used to ask house demolishes if I could grab them & other metals, virtually all said ok if they weren’t recycling scrap or cashing it in. 20 minutes work = $80/$120.

This place looks heritage - how are they going to get away with demolishing it? Unless it's in Wyndham in which case I know how.
