What is the sewing frame for hats and sewing field for Redline hats? The program that I am using is Wilcome Hatch2. The Machine tells me the sewing frame sizes for all the standard hoops that come with the Redline machine. Wilcom Hatch2 program requires custom hoop profile for doing hats.

Hey, I noticed as the top of the logo was embroidered there was some pushing of the arm on the inside of the cap causing it to flex. I just got a 1501 and noticed that when I tested hats. How do you fix that? and... Is that the cause of the registration at the top of the ball being off a bit? Thanks
