I enjoyed it very much! I was particularly inspired by the second half regarding mindfulness. I found it illuminating. I’ve read some things on mindfulness, but they can be rather vague - I found your explanations to be much more concrete and useful. And I appreciate your personal stories to illustrate your lessons. @@MimiKuoDeemer I read half of it on a flight and love it! I just bought the kindle version of your second book as well. It’s a great reference for some of the movements. I think it’s difficult to get the movements from the book alone, but coupled with previous knowledge and your videos it’s a perfect reference! I also love the background information you provide.

I do at least QIGONG for 15 min each morning and have been for about 2 years. Makes sense as I’m in my Metal Element Years ;).
