jung shim expert told me once that i had a lot of fire in me; like ego I sit with, not embed or ignore the emotion triggered state from reaction - your explanation of fire in summer sits well with my belief that as a qigong and shamanic practitioner and advocate , our body takes exactly what it needs when it is allowed the opportunity. I come around from a meditation now and am ready to do your practice . I listened to your heart embodying and channelling the fire explanation and LOVE your vibe. But you tranquility peace and quality of practice taking me back to a wonderful space we’re I have not been before ! I thank you for bottom my heart ! Sending Gratitude to you and your practice !
You can definitely do this practice any time and it can be a way to balance our inner fire (as we all have all the elements inside). It is a beautiful way to connect to the energy of the heart too - and yes, not let the energy get stagnant. Keep up the beautiful practices :)
Thank you very much for your lessons. They help me sleep. But it wasn't until a few days ago that I felt the energy around my shoulders. A strange feeling... very nice and very surprising. I got excited.
I kind of start feeling tired after 40 minutes and am looking forward to the closing form. Will this get better with more practice? The 20 minute classes which I have been doing for a few years seem a bit short by now. On the other hand I feel that all classes are building up to a kind of crescendo and that I need to stay to the end. What do you suggest? Kind regards and thank you for sharing. André
Hey Andre, You can take breaks and pause the classes. You can dial back the amount of effort you put in, work at a 1/3rd of your capacity and then you may not feel as tired. You can also just skip some exercises if you are tired and gradully build up to the whole hour. Go easy on yourself!

If I only use 1/3rd of my energy ( I have health problems including fatigue), it's not enough qigong to affect my other health problems or my general state...
If you work at a 1/3 of your ability then you will be making a difference on your general overall state. Part of the practice is listening to your needs and your energy level and responding to that. Good luck
