@@ariefbudianto8391 Ive been using diet exercise and herbs. I didnt have stage 5 so I cant speak on it . There are many videos on youtube that speaks on reversing kidney disease , some by Patrick delves and Yahki Hickman. Im not sure if stage 5 can be reversed tho.
Thank you Mimi so much. I've been looking for someone to explain to me, what this energy I was receiving. I stumbled upon Qigong because I would do similar movements, without ever being shown what I was doing. While I was practiceone day, a older woman from Taiwan explained it was Qigong. When I found your video, I was overjoyed. I now watch all your videos and have gradually strengthened my core and healing my body. I also gained patience and freedom from judgement. Someone actually called the police on me, when I was exercising in my neighborhood park. Thankfully the cop was familiar with tea cup and actually showed me some of his moves. Thanks again for sharing this beneficial and sacred form of self awareness and healing.

She didn't see by third eye so don't ask her what energy she learning get. It's just one flow jus empowering him. And getting more sensitive. Yin and yang means cold or warm . Put hands down it's cold. Hands up and you will feel yang means warm temperature
So so so good .I came looking for kidney relief never having done any exercises let alone qigong...universe delivered me you .I. Dave this exercise in the morning when I'm most in pain,kidney ,lower back , and then during the day I find myself wanting to do more so now I shall try the other elements and balance my sessions .it's addictive .your soothing voice and the explanation of each movement is so precise and vital to the practise .thanks so much mimi.

I've noticed an increase in feelings of fear as I have begun to do work on Kidney qi; I believe my body is releasing much pent up fear as this area opens and the blocks come undone. Your soothing, calm voice and instruction, while elucidating how the forms affect qi, are so healing. Much gratitude!

hmm... kind of weird but also nice qi gong. It feel very similar to 5 elements. Both this practice got nice and easy energy flow, compared to them 8 brocades feels harder to feel proper enery flow. Probably cause it's more physically intensive.

I used to practice elemental Qigong but i have forgotten almost all of it apart from the warm up we always used to do at the beginning, we almost always did the twisting at the beginning of our practice. May i ask where you were taught? I think my teacher said London.
They are Tibetan wrist muffs that were given to me by the mother of one of the Tibetan Glow Fund volunteers (Glow Fund is our charity we run in China)!

You are the best one on youtube by far, at least for me, for the following reasons: 1. No music, you let us be with our bodies without distraction and noise 2. You let us mirror you which makes it so much easier to follow 3. You don't go fast 3. You pick great movements that feel good and effective instantly 4. You explain well with additional helpful imagery without talking too much and being distracting.

I do yoga every day but have started a qui gong practise to create more peace and fluidity. It's new to me so I bought a book which had wonderful explanations but felt I need the visual help on line too .Only after the session did I notice it was your book ! It was meant to be . A million thanks for introducing me to a completely new way of moving my body which feels so natural , peaceful and full of expression.
