You have the choice to change the way you look at things.

I would like to order a cd from this meditation for myself and my mother. I have cancer and went through 1 surgery, started radiation , and will have 1 more surgery soon. This cd helps me sleep so well. I would like to find out how to order 2 of these meditations. Thank you.

Your meditations have kept me from totally losing it the last few years. We lost everything in a wild fire including 100 animals. I was overwhelmed with grief and the fire itself left me traumatized. Your videos have leaped me so much. Thank you. Have you don’t a meditation for grief?

I was diagnosed with a debilitating disease about a year ago. After seeking therapy for depression, my therapist suggested mindfulness meditation, I was brought to your channel. This meditation is very hard for me. I have been diagnosed with Parkinson's and I have a hard time accepting that. But I need to accept what what is. As I said this is very hard to hear but pray that it will help me with my journey in life. I didn't realize acceptances so much. Thank you for letting me share.
