坚果🌰没吃够,我是想起来才去吃,我这年纪应该每天吃几粒的,现在看来远远不够,通常家里只买开心果,腰果,核桃和花生米我煮汤用,其余品种很少买,杏仁是好就是不习惯它淡淡的😂,周末愉快。你那么忙碌,不用回复的。
