I think the submarine is a Dragonet-class submarine which is the original design the Scinfaxi-class submarine is based off.

And he knew It before than Osea. So, if he was able to acceso that info im prety sure he was able to get an startegic AI. at mission four It was confirmed that those types of AI exist at strangeral

This is one of the few instances DLC is done right. No lootboxes, No overpriced cosmetics. Extra missions and new planes.

That would make sense as to why the AI was mentioning the recapture of the elevator. They can't come back until it is controlled again.

I can read some of the text on my monitor at 1080p. The two articles on the left are talking about the giant honking submarine that was seen in the first DLC trailer. It's called the "Alicorn" and it's an "Advanced" [something]. The text at the bottom says Erusea used a private company to purchase the wreckage of a submarine from Yuktobania. The sub went missing in 2016 and supposedly sunk in the Spring Sea. The Erusean government insisted that there was no radioactive material onboard and everything is safe. This article is from the GAZE news magazine (the same one that appears in the game's final cutscene). The second document is harder to read, but from the bits I can find, it's a white paper analysis of the Yuktobanian history of constructing the submarine. The third document on the right is another GAZE magazine article. The only readable paragraph is that at one point, Osean analysts were asking about a hypothetical damage assessment if 256 nuclear bombs were fired on Osea. The analysis focused on cities that had a minimum population of 500,000.

This is the First Gameplay Content DLC since its Release.. that was delayed also. So far its been only been a few extra Planes - that are Fictional Planes that exist in previous Games from ps2 days.
