Thinking about the disconnect that exists within the Ace family is wild. Everything, literally everything, is for their appearance. They bathed their children in freezing water inside of a multimillion dollar mansion. They cooked meals on a hot plate in a dazzling kitchen full of brand new appliances. It's actually sickening. They could have lived modestly, even semi-luxuriously, with warm water and working appliances, yet they chose to forego basic human needs in the name of their own appearance. What's worse, their kids suffer. Unreal.
The fact that they think this is vindicating themselves from the fact that they defaulted on their loan. Like just shows that they’re idiots on top of being cheap and broke.

When I lived without hot water, for a month or so, I would boil huge pots of water. Fill the tub with the hot water, and run the cold to make it like a normal warm bath... Absolutely no reason for a baby to be bathed in cold water.
It’s a good way to get CPS called on you when you put out to millions of followers that you’ve been irresponsibly bathing your young children in cold water! They have money to rent a hotel and bathe them at a damn rental.

And he tried to hold her back at that moment, even Austin knew that info was too much... I don't even wanna believe someone would do that. I feel like sometimes he will embellish to try and make the story better. Which everyone does on like radio shows (I think he goes off Howard Stern) that's great its a show. During the Social Gloves debacle the team working with Austin stated as much when it came to marketing and planning of the event. I'm assuming they went through multiple contractors who said this wasn't a good idea until they got one who said yes to the project. Someone who wasn't licenced /didn't have the credentials to do the job.

Residential architect here. The purpose of the certificate of occupancy is for the city to verify that the home is SAFE to live in and meets code. This is why no matter how much money you have, you cannot “pay” to get a certificate of occupancy. If they don’t have a C of O, chances are the home was not verified safe to live in.
They said that themselves multiple times. The city kept sending a list of things to fix, they’d try to hire someone to do it, the city would set up inspectors to come see the house again but they never showed up.

When Catherine was talking about the gas leak, she tried making it seem like the gas leak was in THEIR home (by saying the security guard could smell the gas inside of the home) but then at the end of the video she says the gas leak was in a home down the hill in the neighborhood. Just goes to show that you can’t trust these details they are giving.
