You basically have to slowly press and release the clutch pedal. If there is no pressure to begin with, the pedal will have to physically be pulled up until pressure builds and it comes up by itself. It may take up to 100 times pressing and releasing the pedal until the hydraulic system is completely bled. a. If pedal feels hard in a short distance, air is present in the clutch slave cylinder. b. If pedal feels spongy, air is present in the clutch master cylinder.

@@rdubb4276 it does it after parking it for days not driving it I might have to add fluid in the pedal is very soft compared to when I got it the 100 foot pumps seem to not work we see if adding the fluid and repump the pedal works

@@fairfax_fran5109 If the fluid level is dropping, there is a leak somewhere in the system and this would also allow air to get in the system. If the pedal goes soft after sitting, and the fluid is not dropping, that tells me there is still air somewhere in the system and it is working its way up. I would press and release the pedal more (like another 100 times).

Was the slave cylinder replaced with a new one when the clutch was installed?

Car only has 34,k miles it’s all original nothing replace it was weird how it happened after parking for days not driving
